I am running a one-woman show. Therasmart helps me keep on top of my admin, which was always a challenge before due to my busy coaching practice. The support team of Therasmart is also very helpful, patient and fast in their response. I can highly recommend it.

Pros

makes admin easy and provides scheduling and invoicing function

Cons

there is nothing I don't like abut this software.

I used to be very disorganized and found the administrative tasks of the business tideous. With Therasmart it is so convenient and easy.

Pros

I love Therasmart. It is so practical. Helps me keep my practice well organized and let me focus on the essential to grow my practice. It is very intuitive to use, allows me to keep everything in one place. I Love thay I can managed my appointments, billing, ressources and client follow up in one since app.

Cons

Bigger size capacity for uploads of documents.

It has really helped me keep all my client session notes, documents and data in order. This really give me a clearer mind to focus on my clients and my own life

Pros

It is simple and straightforward and they are open to feedback and continue to make periodic improvements to the system.

Cons

Some of the layout and user interface could be more intuitive however they have responded to feedback and made improvements!

I used to be really stressed when it comes to invoicing, catching up on filing session notes. Now invoices are done in seconds, I have my session notes finally in one place and thus always handy, and best of all - I can create my own library of resources and share relevant content, such as TED talk links, or certain write ups with selected clients in seconds. And the clients can find everything related to their work with me in their client portal of TheraSmart.

Pros

A great all-in-one system that takes care of all my different admin needs without feeling overwhelming. They are constantly improving the system and I heard they are close to releasing an inventory system too.

Cons

They still need to come out with calendar synchronization. And their reporting system could be a bit more detailed.

Pros

I love the ease of use, the features, the fact that I now have everything I need for my practice in one place, available to me and my clients 24/7

Cons

I would have loved to have this calendar synchronisation and credit-card payment interface for my practice
