Pros

hireEZ allows to an easy recruitment process and use of AI to help minimize reviewing multiple apllications.

Cons

There isnt anything that I dont like about hireEz, it can have some glitches just like any other platform.

Overall, we've had a great experience. I feel that we are adequately supported. We are getting everything out of the tool that we expected when we evaluated them. We are very happy.

Pros

I love that HireEZ has such up-to-date candidate info and that their AI search is so advanced. I feel like it takes so much of the heavy lifting off of my recruiters. We are getting GREAT value for our money with this tool. The candidate email functionality is great-- I feel like the campaigns have been really intuitive to use. We've picked it up quickly.

Cons

The onboarding was a little clunky. I think part of this is because HireEZ really wants to be accommodating to YOU and YOUR process, but I almost think it would be easier if they would lead you to best practices from other customers.

Great tool for building pipelines, viewing talent insights, talent mapping, and of course sourcing and messaging qualified candidates.

Pros

It's a great tool to find top talent outside of using LinkedIn (which is so expensive these days). HireEz is affordable and easy to use without leaving the platform!

Cons

Sometimes when sourcing I will put in mandatory requirements and it will show me profiles of candidates without those skills.

Pros

HireEZ makes my recruiting process faster and more efficient with its intuitive, user-friendly interface. The AI-powered sourcing helps me find top talent quickly, even for hard-to-fill roles. I also love the automation features—they save time on outreach and follow-ups, allowing me to focus more on building relationships and making strategic hiring decisions.

Cons

While I really enjoy using HireEZ, one area for improvement is the occasional inconsistency in candidate contact information. Sometimes emails or phone numbers are outdated, which can slow down outreach efforts. It’s not a dealbreaker, but keeping that data more current would make the platform even more effective.

The product is easy to use and meets my goals & objectives of identifying talent. Definitely my favorite go-to!!

Pros

Based on my experience with HireEZ, the ROI has been substantial primarily due to two game-changing features. The AI review capability allows me to efficiently evaluate hundreds of candidate profiles in a fraction of the time it would take manually, essentially giving me superhuman screening capacity that translates to finding quality candidates much faster. What really amplifies the value is the seamless project sharing functionality - I can collaborate with team members in real-time, sharing candidate pools and insights without the usual back-and-forth emails or scattered spreadsheets.

Cons

Nothing really - it is always evolving to find ways to meet consumer needs. Every product has ways to improve.

We’ve been using HireEZ for over two years, and it’s had a measurable impact on our recruiting operations. It helped us reduce time-to-fill, increase passive candidate engagement, and simplify our sourcing tech stack. While there are still improvements we’d love to see, like faster campaign setup and A/B testing, the core functionality is strong and reliable. It’s become one of our go-to tools for outbound recruiting, especially for technical and senior roles.

Pros

HireEZ makes outbound sourcing faster and more scalable. The ability to bypass LinkedIn’s connection limits and access full profiles across platforms has been a game-changer for finding hidden or hard-to-reach talent. The outreach sequencing is intuitive and includes a great feature for sending emails on behalf of hiring managers — which has helped us increase engagement while reducing their workload. It’s also very easy to use and train new team members on.

Cons

Campaign management could be more streamlined. Handling multiple sequences at once can feel clunky, and there’s currently no built-in A/B testing to optimize outreach messaging. A bit more polish in these areas would take the tool from great to excellent.

hireEZ has made a real difference in how I manage sourcing. It’s helped me connect with the right candidates more quickly, which means I can focus less on searching and more on building relationships. It’s also made it easier to stay organized, especially when juggling multiple roles at once.

Pros

I’ve found hireEZ really helpful when I need to source quickly for multiple roles—the AI search makes it easy to filter through candidates fast. I also like how the outreach feature keeps my communication organized and lets me send personalized messages at scale.

Cons

There are times when the email contacts aren’t accurate or bounce back, so I’ve had to double-check them manually. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it slows me down a bit.

My overall experience with hireEZ has been excellent. It’s become a crucial part of my daily recruiting process, helping me fill hard-to-find roles faster and build better talent pipelines. It’s saved me significant time and improved the quality of candidates I can reach. Despite a few minor issues, hireEZ delivers strong value and has helped me meet my hiring goals more efficiently.

Pros

What I like most about hireEZ is how it helps me find passive candidates beyond LinkedIn by searching other sites and platforms. It also makes it easy to get personal emails and phone numbers, which saves me hours of research. The email campaign feature with tracking is another huge plus, helping me manage outreach all in one place.

Cons

Sometimes the platform returns duplicate profiles, which takes extra time to clean up. Also, there’s a learning curve with all the advanced filters and features, especially for new users.

Its great for finding qualified candidates quickly and being to add them to our ats. I alos like the engagements tools.

Ability to quickly source for candiates based on the jd or resume that i choose. The options to filter and boolean search.

Cons

Initial training session that was provided was rushed. Ive been able to schedule additional trainings that have been great!

I have been happy with hireEZ overall and have even gotten a few sourced offers using it. I think the pros definitely outweigh the cons and has been a good addition to our sourcing toolbelt.

Pros

The ability to find candidates personal contact information. Also using the campaign feature allows us to continuously hit candidates in a coordinated effort. The ability to integrate your ATS and upload candidates directly have been great.

Cons

Their are constant updates which makes finding things sometimes a pain. Also a lot of the AI usage is not every good as of right now.
