I like that you can train the model so the results improve with time. Cons There is a learning curve like any new software. I did have to create several rules to eliminate false positives. As long as you can continue to edit and shape the results these refinements are worth the effort. December 20, 2018 5.0 Pros I love the AI Sourcing function and how easy it is to calibrate your searches to pinpoint the exact type of talent you are looking for! My recruiting team loves how easy it integrates with our ATS and the email campaigns make it easy to automate our sourcing efforts! The customer support is also top notch...it never takes more than a couple of minutes for them to respond to me if I have any questions! It's our "secret sauce," and I almost didn't want to write this review because I want to keep it a secret :) The product is easy to use and is continually getting better. They are really open to feature requests, and their customer support is top notch. Cons There are some features I'd like them to add, but they're constantly improving. It sometimes feels like magic because it finds the hard to locate public information. It is a tool that I shared with my recruiting team. Cons I can't say that it helped my recruiting numbers beyond just being neat to find "impossible" information. I would say it's more "fun" to use than effective. I still use the free functions as part of my regular process. As I said in the headline, if I could get budget approved, I'd get it tomorrow Pros I have used the AI tool, boolean builder and a few other functions. Overall it is a great tool for recruiting at any level. Having LinkedIn Recruiter, I tried HT and was blown away. It found people that were not on LI and the contact info was accurate. Cons As with any new software I have to figure out "how it works so I can use it best". This took less time than with other tools. Cons The options are difficult to figure out how to use correctly/most efficiently. I did only do a free trial, so I may have not been able to reap all of the benefits.
