Furthermore, their turnaround time for queries and issues was consistently unimpressive, making the entire customization process a painful and time-consuming ordeal. **Pros:** Easy to configure, use and administer. I like the fact that you can set unscheduled meetings on the display and also the Forced Check In feature is a plus. **Cons:** Customisation is a pain and support from their team is terrible.
