We are also able to track how many people we are reaching on a daily basis. Pros It’s very simple to use. The layout makes it easy to navigate and prevents the user from feeling intimidated by a lot of information and distracting graphics and text. I have been able to teach one of our volunteers to use the system and she is gaining valuable experience and computer skills. ABCD delivered on all fronts; provided the training in a supportive manner and responsive to the collaboration's requests. Our experience with ABCD has shown the senior serving sector the value of shared data management. Pros ABCD supports the work of our collaborative - the report functionality, the customization, the evaluative learning. Support from KRD has been outstanding. Cons Our group of largely inexperienced data base users had a uphill learning curve but are cresting - and pleased to be still learning about the system's functionality.
