Overall my experience with Personizely has been very positive. I ran into an issue with how I had configured a split test, and their support rep \[sensitive content hidden\] jumped in quickly, walked through my setup in detail, and helped me get the campaign and goal tracking cleaned up. He was patient, clear, and made sure I understood why things were behaving the way they were. After that call I felt confident our test data would be accurate and that we had a partner who actually cares about results.

Pros

Personizely gives a strong balance of value and features. The targeting options are flexible (UTMs, query parameters, device, etc.), and it was straightforward to set up a homepage split test without needing a developer. I like that goals can track clicks and form submissions across multiple URLs, so we can see the full funnel impact of a test. For the price, it feels like a very capable optimization tool.

Cons

The documentation is pretty light and a bit sparse, so you end up relying on trial-and-error or support more than you’d like.

Pros

What I like most about Personizely is how straightforward it is to set up and use. The popup builder is intuitive, and the personalization options allow us to tailor experiences based on visitor behavior, source, or location. It’s a huge time-saver for my team while still delivering great impact.

Cons

The reporting could be more detailed. While the basics are covered, having more advanced analytics would help us dig deeper into campaign performance.

Easy to use with lots of great functionalities – fulfills exactly our needs. Amazing support that is super responsive and solution-oriented!

Cons

We haven't experienced any downsides. If something was not completely clear from the beginning or if there were any hick-ups, the support helped us immediately to solve it.

Before software update we had to use a lot of custom CSS but now we can easily use their editor instead.

In general, my experience has been great. Easy to use, great customer service. I'm just beginning so I can't cite results yet, but I have a good feeling.

Pros

I am just getting started with Personizely, but I am super impressed with the customer service. I talked with \[sensitive content hidden\], who was quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and gave me honest answers. I can't tell you how rate that is to find these days!

My overall experience has been great. I have been able to build what I need and can see what a useful tool it is. I recommend the owner goes onto all Youtube and reddit and with topics discussing "Wix upselling app" & promote the app, because it was hard for me to find an app that upsells before check-out. Great app & Great customer service!!

Pros

It's great to have an app that works well alongside Wix to help with upselling. It is pretty user friendly and the customer service assistance is great.

Cons

It would be great if the designs for the upselling pop-ups looked a bit better. More templates & easier integrate with the mobile and desktop version.

Reasons for choosing Personizely

there were a few upselling tools I researched. They made no sense, because upselling after check-out is not a good idea. You lose the chance to upsell once the customer has checked-out. Personalized need to use that as a marketing point.

Since using Personizely I’ve really enjoyed using it. I found nothing toi complain about and the support is excellent.

Pros

It’s quick, flexible and effective. there’s so much you can do with this.

Cons

not much really. It often tells me the code is not installed on my sites even when it is, but that could be a wordpress issue.

Pros

I like the ease of use to create and duplicated widgets. Widgets are very customisable.

Cons

No native integration for Woocommerce is available. Having that would make it the best in it's space.
