I am able to add all of my product information, inventory, SEO, and anything else I need to know about sales. It communicates across most platforms and marketplaces and keeps everything synchronized. This keeps everything running smoothly and customer satisfaction high. I would highly recommend this software. Pros I like how many features are offered in setting up my store. I like the automation for inventory and data synchronization. Cons Sometimes it is hard to use without a professionals help. April 19, 2020 1.0 garbage Pros they string you along with daily contacts from their support department when you have a problem. However they do not actually resolve any of the issues! Cons The positive reviews are 100% scams. We purchased Ebay Amazon and Walmart plugins. The Walmart plugin is 100% non functional. The ebay plugin is 90% non usable and does not even support shipping profiles which have been in place over four years on ebay. They charge a $40 monthly fee which they do not tell you about up front on the amazon plugin unless you have a developer account (which we do) and even then they charged us the $40 any way! We are disputing with paypal since their 100% satisfaction guarantee is 100% false and they will not refund. Now they are demanding a UPS tracking number to do a refund! It's a digital product!!! This is a very specific piece of software, focusing on selling woods and products on internet. Cons It's not very easy to use, you may need professional help. After working with WooCommerce and Shopify for a bit, I transfered to Magento because those two couldn't provide me the things i needed. The approach of this e-commerce platform gives full flexibility and power to customize your e-shop fully Cons I am not that good with coding and to do some tasks it can get hard without big coding background. Interface is much harder than let's say shopify. Flexibility is my key feature for this product, so it's a price i have to pay.
