My experience has been really positive. I have really appreciated getting to know the leadership, because you can see they are passionate about what the company and the product. Support has been real responsive.

Pros

It fulfills what we purchased it for - to get a view of the customer experience. The additional features are iing on the cake.

Cons

I have no negative impressions of the software

### "Voyance provides insight into your network you didn't realize you were missing"

We are using Voyance mainly to monitor and enhance our campus wireless system to provide the best end-user experience possible. Voyance quickly helped to identify specific locations where there were high levels of degraded service that were not being reported by the user community. We were then able to make changes to address those issues, annotate them on the Voyance graphs and immediately see the impact in measurable end-user experience.

Pros

Provides not only problem identification but recommendations as to the root cause and where you should look to resolve the issue. Presents the data in a weighted fashion so you can identify and resolve the issues of the most impact to your users. Cloud based, with regular updates and enhancements backed by a great support team.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve to get used to the methodology used to review reported issues. There is a lot of data and it can be reviewed from different angles, so determining the most efficient method can be a challenge to new users.

We are able to identify issues with the wireless network faster, which means we can fix them faster, often before users experienced the issue. We have shifted to being more proactive then reactive. This has reduced our number of complaints.

Pros

The ability to have issues reported with recommended solutions.

Cons

It's a tie: Doesn't say exact type of device user has on network. And a little difficult to understand all the information about the issues reported.

Voyance has helped us solve issues with troublesome user devices and mapping out poor coverage areas to improve overall wireless performance. It also lets us catch issues before they become a major problem.

Pros

Voyance gives visibility where most engineers can only speculate what the problems in their environment would be. It makes troubleshooting wireless issues a breeze and improves the user experience drastically with quicker turnarounds.

Cons

Sometimes there are a few strange quirks with the dashboard, especially when doing application analysis. Overall there aren't very many cons, the software does exactly what it says on the label and does it well.

Pros

Voyance allows you to search for all wireless issues in one place.

Cons

While Voyance is a great tool, it is pricey.

We are now getting automated weekly reports, which I really like. Voyance also clearly listens to their customer base, and integrates feedback into their roadmap for future offerings.

Pros

I like how detailed the information is, and how you can easily drill down to single data points to get the information you need.

Cons

It's not very user intuitive; the interface is clearly aimed at network professionals (understandable). There really need to be some simpler VIP dashboards to readily show system health and performance over time.

The interface can be a little overwhelming with information, but once you get used to the dashboards you're good to go.

Pros

I enjoy the more than optimal amount of information provided to troubleshoot any of issues. Comparing to Airwave, there is a lot more versatility with Voyance.

Cons

I don't like how there's a visual rf like the one in Airwave, but I can manage without it. I can see why a map wouldn't go well with the rest of Voyance.

The location and amount of information provided is great. The ability to see traffic types help troubleshoot application issues from a network perscpective.

Cons

does not handle duplicate information very well and requires are more customer facing capture of traffic than core facing in order to get the most accurate information.
