The system is intuitive and creates beautiful engaging intranet pages, however I was not familiar with the system and \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very patient in taking me through everything. Cons It can be a little fiddly to begin with if you don't know how to use the system and new users should definitely have an orientation session booked in. Pros We have found Shortpoint incredibly easy to install and manage our employee intranet. Our brand is able to be consistent and professional, staff are able to easily find the content they need. Communication has become easier and felt less siloed. Shortpoint also has INCREDIBLE support. I know if I have an issue, they're going to be responsive and get to the bottom of it. Cons Some of the more recent updates have broken other components and so we've had to stay at a previous version for awhile while they try to solve the issue. After using the product for a while, it was super easy to keep going and all new sites are easier and easier to make! Pros What I love about ShortPoint is the number of templates available and the capability to copy and paste the designs. This made the process of creating the intranet A LOT faster and easier!!! 10 out of 10!! Cons Some of the design items I was looking for were not out of the box, however, the team was able to find a way to work around and still bring my vision to life! Cons integration with microsoft out of the box features is minimal at the moment, if you want to mix & match webparts between the 2 products to use their best features the site feel will be strange. they mentioned they are working on integrating microsoft webparts inside their product, if that update is done it will be a game changer.
