After 6 months we have about 20 reviews.Then we hired So Tell Us and in our first month we had more than 40 reviews and it only fot better. After six month we had more than 300 reviews. Pros It is so simple to use So Tell Us. They do all the work. And the reviews just keep coming. Cons There aren't any cons. I have nothing to complain about. It provides a fast and hassle free service and is also worth for the money. Pros What I liked most is the simplicity yet uniqueness of the software. The colour theme is splendid and also makes it easy to read what is most important and save on time. The images and pictures are also best arranged. The reviews they provide are also splendid and authentic. The monitoring and dashboard features in particular are also very helpful. The option of Video review, Google review, etc. provides a large yet one of the best platform for reviewing. Cons Well. The key to request for a review is hard to find for a first timer. Besides, it takes time for the review to be updated on the main site after any chances have been made or on the monitoring site. The dashboard could also be improved better and be made more navigable. I don't avail myself of all that SoTellUs offers but soon I intend to. Pros This software was very simple to use and set up. The support staff was able to quickly walk me thru the setup. They are also very friendly and easy to talk with. Cons The only difficult part was getting my website company to insert the widget into my website but that was on my website company. Cons Most people only click the stars and don't leave testimonial in their own words describing what their problem was, and how we helped them. People who read reviews want to see more than stars -- they want to know why -- what we did to earn the stars, and so do we as the business so we know what we are doing right and what we need to fix.
