Pros I like that I can send clients the link / app via text or email and it is simple for them to navigate. I also like that my reviews are pushed to Google. Pretty easy and seamless all the way around. I do wish the "video" reviews were pushed to Google. I also like that I have access to everything w easy log in. Cons not sure so far so good, no complaints! Since the request comes from a 3rd party (SoTellUs), it's not like we are personally asking for a review. It's also easy to share the review on our social media. Cons Most people only click the stars and don't leave testimonial in their own words describing what their problem was, and how we helped them. People who read reviews want to see more than stars -- they want to know why -- what we did to earn the stars, and so do we as the business so we know what we are doing right and what we need to fix. Just click to send them a link and then the client could leave a review where I wanted them to in the format of their choice. Cons The widget on my website looked incredibly cheap. Nothing clean and modern about it and it really stood out on my site, and not in a good way. The new phones and tablets these days have amazing cameras and shoot really good videos. Cons I wish we could force the reviews to publish on Google or Facebook rather than simply giving the client the option of using those if they want.
