Pros I like the added feature of not having to fill out employment verifications. I heard many positive comments about the usage from both employees and third parties. Cons I wish I had a least but I don't . Its the best! Pros We were manually processing employment verification. Truework has helped us reassign our resources to more strategic tasks. Cons We send a file feed to Truework 3 times a week. There are times when the verification is requested in between the file transfer and the data is not accurate. I would recommend sending the feeds as frequently as possible depending on the volume of changes. Customer service from my CSM was great (major shoutout to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]!)! I also like that they confirm authorization with the EE before sending the form to me to complete as the HR Admin. The self service for EEs with Employment Letters that we created/customized and integration with our HRIS is also great! Cons Not a con by any means - more of a suggestion for a feature: ability to sum $ amounts in the fields on VOI/HR Responder Form. I've already shared this feedback with my CSM and they are working on adding this feature.
