Besser Durchlaufzeit der Verarbeitung von Zahlungen und Kontoauszügen und bessere Qualität durch Automation

Pros

der Support ist super, vorallem nun mit dem Serrala Customer Portal. Die Funktionalitäten von AutoBank und Payment grundsätzlich auch, leider sind gewisse Dinge aber etwas umständlich gestaltet mit der Regelerstellung etc.

Cons

es ist teils schwierig Anpassungen an Einstellungen vorzunehmen da die Prozesse über sehr viele verschiedene Transaktionen laufen - Vielleicht könnte man das für einen Key-User in der Buchhaltung künftig etwas einfacher gestalten

Liquiditätsplanung: Hier schätze ich insbesondere die Möglichkeit inhaltlicher Differenzierung anhand von Plangruppen. Auch die Idee mit den Reportstrukturen für die Schaffung eigener Reports gefällt mir.

Cons

Den Geldhandel bei Cash- Und Liquiditymanagement könnte eleganter sein.

Wenig bis hin zu keine Probleme bei der Nutzung. Fast kein Wartungsaufwand und der Support reagiert in der Regel auch schnell.

Cons

Die Beratungskosten wie z.B. für ein Update sind im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern relativ hoch.

Gute Beratung, guter Support und gute Gesamtintegration

Pros

Gute Integration in die SAP Prozesse und gleichzeitig wichtige Ergänzung / Verbesserung der bestehenden SAP Prozesse.

Cons

Die Notwendigkeit alle 2 Jahre einen Releasewechsel durchzuführen. Inzwischen hat aber auch SAP den gleichen Rhythmus.

Pros

Einmal eingerichtet, läuft alles sehr stabil. Updates sind gut planbar.

Cons

Durch die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten im Regelwerk von Autobank dauert die Einrichtung und der Aufbau von Know-how lange.
