Great

Pros

A great app backed by a wonderful team When we started using RoloCRM we needed a few minor customizations. The team at RoloCRM took care of it and got us off the ground quickly. The app is well thought out and designed. Our entire team loves it because it helps them get through their daily calls faster. The reports give us a clear picture of how we are doing and what we can do to enhance our productivity.

Cons

Software is well designed and the development team is always welcoming for new updates and changes, so there is nothing that we like least about Rolo CRM

It's more than a contact manager.

Pros

Ability to schedule sending messages. Automatic reminders based on the messages you receive. Ability post a request with your contacts

Cons

Maybe the visiting card scanner which at times doesn't read all the details

Managing Connections Visiting Cards were never easier to convert to digital format. Managing reminders

Pros

It does all tasks of SMS & dialler well. PLUS - Great with reminders (especially for payment reminders sent on SMS) - Ability to connect and add notes WITHOUT having to save to address book - Deduplicating & consolitdating contacts across different accounts - Snapping up visiting cards into contacts with a qucik scan

Cons

It does play well with WhatsApp and Truecaller. Which would make it more useful and valuable.

The experience so far is fine, but the customer support is superb. I once face some problem with the app, the developer of the apps replied to me in just a few minutes time and solve my issue without any problem!

Pros

\- Easy to use - Clean UI (compare to default contact on my Huawei phone which stinks) - Customizable with themes. (PREMIUM ONLY) - Roloscope is something I must mention here, it very useful. I normally use my bluetooth earphone to pick up calls, with the Roloscope feature, I can view and add both note and reminder for specific contacts.

Cons

If and only if this app supports multiple devices. Each phone number are bound into 1 email, I got 2 different phone and 2 different phone number for both business and personal purposes. So, you get what I mean.

It's personal use for me but specifically easy sharing of contact details is the best. I use it almost every day.

Pros

Rolo is both my default dialer and texting app. It has real easy options to text, call, share numbers, etc but most importantly merge contacts. I do use the business card feature occasionally but the scheduled sms and reminder features are a regular for me. It's got cool themes too. Auto reminder for bill payment is an ultra useful feature. Callback from notification popup is cool.

Cons

My iOS using contacts are not on it yet.

Helped get contacts organized and more useful for follow up. Good value indeed.

Pros

Maintaining all info about a contact in one place. Very helpful. Removed need to maintain excel sheets

Cons

Ads was the bad thing. Kind of irritating to see them.
