Overall: Fantastic support! They also have an option for managed services so everything was taken care of by their team.
Pros: It was really easy to use. Infact Vouchermatic easily integrated with our existing google forms that we used to capture customer information. So the best part was we didn't need to learn a new tool we continued to use google forms to capture customer data and provide real time incentives via sms.
Cons: Well at this moment, would be great to have more voucher design options.

Overall: Technical requirements can be complex, Inventrik’s proactive posture has made overcoming technical challenges a much smoother journey overall. Finally a SAAS team that provides warm engagement and were omnipresent throughout the campaign duration
Pros: The team managing our Vouchermatic campaign were always eager and comprehensive when it came to completing our requests. The myriad of functionalities meant that Vouchermatic has programming to address each and every requirement in our loyalty campaign journey without the need to engage a third party.
Cons: Can’t think of any offhand, but the campaign onboarding process was done so quickly, they seemed to always be ahead of our schedule!
