The myriad of functionalities meant that Vouchermatic has programming to address each and every requirement in our loyalty campaign journey without the need to engage a third party. February 28, 2023 4.0 Pros It's really helpful that the gaming solutions from Vouchermatic is ready to use and highly customizable. The team is also very helpful and respond promptly after receiving feedback to make changes. Cons As we run the same game in different languages, it takes our team quite some time to review and make changes several times as the team doesn't read local languages. But sometimes it's not the texts but the formatting that we need to check thoroughly which I think the team can be more cautious about. The easy and seamless use of scanning the QR codes to collect a stamp. Cons It'll be great if we could have more customisation or perhaps better looking templates and examples could be shared to speed up the design process and understanding of the steps. Also, as our event required a specific font, when applying the font into the app, the team were not able to discern the different font weights, which meant that the troubleshooting took a longer time. Front end developing could be better; the seemingly random spacing alignment made the overall UI not as visually appealing. Also, certain windows or spaces have dimensions that scaled to the copy and it made the overall viewing experience hard to read. They also have an option for managed services so everything was taken care of by their team. Pros It was really easy to use. Infact Vouchermatic easily integrated with our existing google forms that we used to capture customer information. So the best part was we didn't need to learn a new tool we continued to use google forms to capture customer data and provide real time incentives via sms.
