"The Software Got the Job Done"

**Overall:** Overall, the platform was good for the cases I used it for, my time using this platform was limited.

**Pros:** The platform is easy to use and user friendly, I used this platform as co-counsel but I do not use it in my regular practice.

**Cons:** I think it's missing some key features that some of the other practice management software have, maybe the version I had was limited.

"Very good law firm CRM"

**Pros:** Automatically saves files from emails. One streamlined chronological tab of activity so that I can see what is being done as soon as I open a case file, even if the email was to a different firm member.

**Cons:** Can't connect to after-pay or similar apps. Can't create a report showing trust fund requests that are sent out. I have to check back manually.
