Dashboard can be customised to any extent you need. You can add or amend anything you want with help from ACT21 team, this product is amazing, all star rating boss! Pros Pricing way below expectation for Banks and NBFCs, solution is capable of doing everything a payout process need, with best performance possible. Cons Nothing as such, the agency performance module can be made much more advanced, but ACT21 believe that such things are uncommon for every other bank and NBFC, hence this can be done upon requests, which is completely fair. Least amount of error in computation calculations, only issues with formulas Cons No mobile support yet, ACT21 is working on mobile support for the product but they will take some time.
