Pros It is nice to have everything in one place when working with the mentees. I also like the pre-prepared questions that help start the conversation and then lead to more prescriptive discussions on mentee development and information sharing. Cons Sometimes the meetings need to be rescheduled and trying to do that is a bit of a struggle. Also, the available times are locked to their normal time zone, and they ask to have a meeting scheduled outside of that. So, it makes it a bit difficult to force a time using the drop-down feature. It allows for flexibility and which is something we need in order it every changing jobs. Pros Before the together platform we would just call each other weekly to check in on mentees and new hires. Now we have a system that allows us to video chat and keeps track of our sessions, it's a great tool. Cons It did take my latest mentee a second to understand how to use it but we've got it figured out. Once she understood the tie in with Teams schedule it made more sense.
