Pros Team Collaboration was good as the shared location for notes allowed for us to remember our previous meetings easily. The matching algorithm worked well as the person I matched with seems to have good insights. The app also had flexibility in reporting since it acknowledged we may meet outside of the application as well. Cons I would have preferred if it had integration with teams or outlook to make it easier to make new meetings. That's what I've liked about it... it's just the right amount of hand holding and reminder. Pros Very clear concise directions and next steps. It's a baby-step approach that works well for someone like me (lol). Cons I took a while to understand the layout of agenda/session review. Initially I wasn't entirely clear on when I was supposed to edit an agenda, whether I actually had to, or whether I had edited after the fact (after I'd already had the session). That cleared up after my second or third use of the tool. The platform is intuitive, making it simple to get started and use. I also think it's an interesting concept that has the potential to foster meaningful mentoring connections. Cons I haven't used the platform enough to identify any significant drawbacks yet. One thing I'm curious about is how the matching algorithm works. I haven't completed my profile or provided much information beyond documenting meetings with my onboarding buddy, so I'm interested in understanding how my mentor match was determined. More transparency around the matching process would be helpful. Great match and I enjoy the filtering process I completed prior to the match. Pros Able to see, hear and learn from mentors who have been in my shoes and provide an objective opinion to matters. Great resource for mentoring as well, bound by the same company. Cons If we click with this mentor, to continue this relationship for longer than 6 months.
