Cons Honestly, there wasn’t anything I \*least\* liked about Together Mentoring. My experience was very positive overall. Pros I like how the notes and outlines were prepared and in order. It is really easy to keep track of meetings and write down notes in our meetings. Cons I don't have zoom so it is hard to use when connecting with a mentee. I think it would be good to have other platforms included where we can use it when the meeting time happens. It makes sure, the mentor and the mentee are both focused on the outcome. The this tool is very effective in making the productive and help them grow in their career. Pros It keeps the track of the progress. I like the agenda for each of the sessions. It guides you throughout the process and makes sure the conversation does derails. I liked the user interface as well. Cons Actually nothing, the tool should be flexible and let the mentee choose from a wide range of topics where they need help.
