As a team collaboration tool, I'd say it is one of the most reliable software solutions I have ever used. Pros I like that the software helps me in scheduling meetings and gives me a baseline for discussion. The emails are great too because they have navigation links in them that take me straight to the pages on that I care about. This makes reporting and feedback a short process and I appreciate that. I like that I get to see my mentor's profile and his expertise. The site has no ads and no security issues, which is great. I am using this platform through AWWA, so I haven't had to pay anything and can't really comment on the value for money. But considering all I have experienced using it, I believe it definitely is. Also, the mentorship I received has been extremely helpful in my learning. It has not been entirely academic; I have been able to learn so much about how the water industry works, and the efforts they put into making sure that communities have safe drinking water, continuously. Cons I have liked everything so far, except for a few spelling mistakes I saw when choosing the soft skills I wanted to achieve at the end of the mentorship.
