Its a user-friendly tool. It gives great insights into over all mentoring process. Pros Its a great tool/product to use. Its very easy to navigate and finish the tasks at hand. Setting up meeting, going through content for each session, it makes the mentoring job smooth! Cons Not being able to add webex link during meeting setup steps. There could be reference to more article in each task. Looking forward to a seamless experience in the coming months. Pros Easy to use and value for money. Secure inside the organization planning meetings and creating agendas is much easier. I am not suer how the matching algorithm works but it is spot on. Cons I got matched with a person as mentee. The mentor has not scheduled any calls till now. there are not much follow ups for the mentor to schedule the same. Should i contact the mentor directly for a call?
