Pros

Simplicity, ease of installation and ability to immediately make use of the software in short time.

Cons

No real cons, overall does everything that we expected it to. Only consideration for future is more modern UI.

Pros

I found the software easy to use and it was able to handle all the functions I needed to complete all my work related duties. This was a nice change from the way we use to do it. The ease of use has sped up my productivity.

Cons

The only con I have was installing and getting everything running. We had some very specific needs from combining multiple software from the old way we did things.

### "How I use Subscription billing"

Been using this a long time. I do lease billings, and have been using it since Great Plains got rid of their lease module when they changed from DOS to Windows. It suits my needs very well. I have looked at some modules that handle leases, and they were more than I needed, and I was happy with subscription billing.

Pros

I generate a little over 100 invoices each month. These are billings that usually only change at the first of the year. It takes me about 5 minutes to generate my billing each month. I like the preview of the invoices to be billed so that I can review them before I generate them. I check the number of invoices and the total before I generate the actual invoices, so that I know they are correct.

Cons

I would like more canned reports. However, I have created a good many custom reports to give me the info I wanted.

Because billing & recognition can be difficult by nature; this helps make it easier for the end user.

Cons

Rules around billing & renewals were not as flexible as we would like.
