It's always been great! They do seem to have tech support 24 hours and I appreciate how it's moving forward.

Pros

I think it's quite intuitive and most everything is actionable.

Cons

There seems to be some bugs between the app and the desktop version.

From onboarding to adapting to new features, using Arternal, has been overall a seamless and helpful system, our team couldn't be happier. We have used and evaluated many similar inventory management/CRM systems and Arternal continues surpass our expectations.

Pros

The system is intuitive and easy to navigate. Feedback given to the Arternal team in regards to improvement or ideas for new features that would help with workflow is always met with consideration. If issues occur or you have questions regarding the system someone who is competent and reliable answers within moments and at most 24 hours. Bugs or issues are always fixed within a 24-48 period.

Cons

The mobile app has limited features from the desktop version.
