One chat is rated above the numerous software solutions outside there, it's promising, inclusive, super easy simple and that's why I went for it and I still use it today.

Pros

\*one chat is a great product that i have been using it for more than six months ago while recommending it to many people because of it quality and performance. \* Good software solution and simple to use. \*High quality and inclusive. \* Super easy, simple and promising.

Cons

\*The importation of contacts from other platforms is sometimes hectic. \* Linking with my telegram was very slow. \* Not easy to trace chatting history

Pros

As promised, you did put everything in one app and I'm super happy. This simplified my work from home experience!

Cons

Didn't have Viber which is commonly used in the Philippines and also Line which is used in Southeast asia.

Im very satisfied using One Chat, it's fast, compact, useful and easy.

Pros

You can forget all the single oriented communication service apps and use One Chat to manage them all just in one place.

Cons

Maybe the single official apps (like Whatsapp, or Signal) have more 'trusty' feeling for the user. But you're free to choose to use what you like.

The possibility to add multiple accounts of a chat service

Cons

The fact that Microsoft Teams chat and Skype for Business are NOT supported. That's for me a reason not to buy

So far so good. It is better than use a lot of apps or open several tabs in the browser. The only issue I see so far is the lack of notification or a more clear indicator of new messages.

Pros

The first thing you will note is how easy it is to add new accounts. You can add a lot of social network and chat apps. All the native features are present on the One Chat (sending/save files, audio, and so on). At least on Mac, the app is fast to load and very stable.

Cons

Sometimes, new message notifications don't appear. So if you look at the app icon, there is nothing indicating there is a new message. Also, after reading a message there is no good indication that there is another message from another service.

Reasons for choosing One Chat

One Chat was the only one with all services I needed and have a nice look.

I use this program every day and for most of the messengers, it's flawless. I hate typing on a phone so with this I can use my messenger apps on my desktop and type like a human.

Pros

I love that I can group all of the messengers I use into a single app. It generally works smoothly and without a hitch. Support is very polite and quick to respond (however, see below)

Cons

Some messengers require you to sign in every time you use this software, and then there's no history of your previous chats. Kind of defeats the purpose. Also, a new update was released but despite having a support ticket in for bugs in the program, there was no way of knowing that there was a new update. It's not on their website, it didn't come up in the app, and the app store version is apparently 2 years old (and several versions old).

So far the experience has been OK. It's not fantastic, but it seems to not leak as much memory as competitive softwares. Switching between services is a hassle as I have to use the mouse. Hope the developers will be able to add non-touchbar shortcuts soon.

Pros

Messaging scheduling is amazing. Also, it's always nice to be able to group all the messaging apps into one.

Cons

Switching between services is a hassle. I expected to be able to switch to and fro using Cmd + 1 2 3, however only touchbar switching is supported. I'm running a custom touchbar app as my desktop set up is using external keyboard and mouse so this is not intuitive at all.
