Pros

It's great if you're looking for a cheaper sales engagement tool as it has all the basic necessities to streamline sequences for sales reps. Analytics aren't too bad and you're able to slice it by time period, teams, specific user, etc.

Cons

Because it's cheaper, it definitely has its negatives in the functionality aspect as some of the integrations stop working frequently which ends up impacting seller productivity. It lacks some functionalities that other tools have, such as SalesLoft and Outreach. The biggest negative is the lack of urgency by their support team whenever we need issues resolved. It may be because they're a small team but it can take weeks for them to solve a minor issue.

Don't have to rely on too many software for communicating with colleagues in various modes. One software acting for too many solutions which makes my life lot easier

The detailed statistics which it produces showing our timelines we spend on meeting. This feature is unique and fascinating.

I used Groove as an intern in the pharmaceutical product development and research department to manage the team's activities, and I found it to be a very useful tool. We were able to efficiently cooperate on a variety of projects because to the software's smooth communication capabilities. By setting up shared tasks, monitoring progress, and exchanging files within the software, we were able to optimize our operations. Due to Groove's seamless connectivity with other applications we utilized, including Microsoft Office and Google Drive, it was simple to access and work together on significant papers. Overall, Groove really increased our productivity and kept us organized throughout the course of our research and development activities.

Pros

A wide range of capabilities provided by Groove simplify collaboration and increase output. Its user-friendly layout makes it simple for teams to interact efficiently by facilitating smooth communication, task management, and file sharing. Real-time communication is made possible by the software, which reduces the need for back-and-forth emails and speeds up decision-making. Easy file sharing and document collaboration are made possible by Groove's connection with widely used programs like Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Additionally, the program offers a unified platform for managing activities, allocating assignments, and monitoring progress on projects, improving overall effectiveness and accountability.

Cons

The learning curve of Groove is one of its drawbacks; it could need some initial time investment to become accustomed to its functions. Additionally, for small teams or individual users on a tight budget, the software's pricing options could be prohibitive. Despite Groove's extensive project management functionality, some complex customization possibilities could be missing compared to more specialist project management solutions. Additionally, some customers might think Groove's reporting and analytics features are lacking in comparison to those of specialized analytics platforms.

Overall Groove has been helpful - especially email tracking. The omnidialer is also a nice feature but I usually use my work provided cell phone so I can text with customers.

Pros

My favorite feature with Groove is it's ability to inform you if/when a customer has opened your email, if they engaged with it by clicking on links, and how recently they viewed it. This is really helpful when you have customers that are slow to respond or tough to get in touch with - as it allows you to make informed strategic decisions on next steps when an email isnt replied to within a reasonable period of time.

Cons

I have had some issues with Groove not always sending my emails promptly - or I have sometimes needed to click send multiple times before it goes through. It's not a huge issue but I tend ot keep an eye on my outbox just to make sure everything has sent.

Excellent experience, and good support team

Pros

I like that is a perfect choice for managing the sales engagement of your business, it provides multiple software like a complete suite for the business that basically allows end-to-end workflow management of the business. I used it for email and calendar tracking, where Groove captured all the relevant emails, and meetings and logged the analysis in Salesforce for further use. Excellent feature. Moreover, I had complete control over which emails need to be synced and which aren't. Groove automatically also logs Google calendar events and syncs automatically in the background.

Cons

No cons identified so far. I booked a demo call, and the support team took me through the entire process and helped me in smooth onboarding.

We set up Groove to receive and send emails, integrate with Salesforce, schedule meetings and more from our sales team, CS and AM. We needed Groove to keep our trusted CRM in line with being the best team we could put together, eliminating admin time and being as accurate as possible with all our reps. Groove allowed us to save a lot of time with simple tasks and administrative tasks.

Pros

Groove has allowed us to measure the interest of each potential client so that we can filter it to the area it should go through the email tracker it has. It has helped us a lot to organize the space in one place without having to resort to external software. Client organization is paramount with Groove as it also allowed us to organize conversation tracks, email templates and automate them right away. Groove as a streaming feature is amazing. We were able to efficiently and automatically send many emails, as well as forward emails so that potential customers can be aware of the original emails being sent. Groove saved us a lot of time and money by making it easy for any rep to use campaigns within Groove without having to have extensive knowledge of Groove.

Cons

At first it is quite confusing to configure Groove, there is a need for tutorials or some instructions that are clear enough at the time of initial configuration. It is also necessary to automate the sending of SMS and to add a voice command to activate voice messages within the platform.

The experience with groove app is good for my use when compared to the other softwares and the marketing and sales with good prices

Cons

Some times it is lag suddenly it shows low internet connection and the priceing for the stocks is High price improveing and some bug fixing it would be better experience

We are really enjoying Groove as our sales engagement tool. We are hoping to see more powerful integrations built with auto dialers (like Orum) and conversation intelligence tools.

Pros

Really easy implementation and great onboarding/customer support. Data and analytics are helpful and not overwhelming. Love the Omnibar Chrome Extension as well. Scheduling tool and email/calendar syncing has been great.

Cons

Our team has experienced quite a few bugs while using Groove, but most have been fixed quickly. Integrations with other systems seem somewhat limited. The team has also highlighted that the Groove dialer can be glitchy and is not the most efficient.

Groove's features have positively impacted my client and prospect outreach and engagement through tracking, reporting, making certain outreach attempts easier, and more. My overall experience with the software so far has been very good.

Pros

Groove's ability to link to other systems is very beneficial and saves a ton of time that would otherwise be spent duplicating and logging information. Groove has a lot of tools that are useful in my role and definitely improve my client engagement efforts. Email tracking through Groove has been a game-changer for my client and prospect outreach. Additionally, email templates can be loaded in, shared to other team members, and easily accessible right in Groove's email plug-in which has also significantly, positively impacted my outreach and engagement efforts.

Cons

It took a significant amount of time for my team and I to have Groove working properly and seamlessly with our other systems. There was some trial and error with manipulating Groove's settings to have all features functional and lots of communication internally to get to a point of proper functionality. I do think the benefits of the software outweigh the lengthy process to get everything working as it should but, it's something to note.
