Its nice to have everything readily available, and running reports is very simple. Cons The only down side is having it automatically log you out after a certain amount of time. We work together to address industry challenges and designed solutions in Flourish POS based on informed business decisions. Pros Flourish POS is ERP software developed specifically for the business minded florists. A robust reporting tool integrated into Flourish POS removes the guess work from daily business practice allowing the owner/operator to concentrate on strategic planning. From daily production/ delivery tracking to real-time inventory management, from accurate COGs/margins per recipe to roll-based individual employee incentive programs benchmarking key performance indicators. Features inherent in Flourish POS provide the best possible chance for maximum profitability. I especially appreciate the ability to create a wedding quote, generate a purchase order from that sale, track the arrival of bill of materials with applicable shipping charges right through to production and delivery of the sales order. This is achievable because of their extensive product catalogue >12000 items. Even the small details designed in Flourish POS mean a great deal to a florist. Sorting of orders in production/ delivery, easy management of customers and products, industry specific CRM and marketing indicators are all part of Flourish POS. Perhaps my favorite feature, never miss a sympathy sale again since a list of all active obituaries allows the sales team to autofill send to addresses quickening the sales process and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Cons That it took this long for the market to provide industry specific software designed for visibility ensuring maximum profitability. Pros Keeping track of inventory items allows me to know exactly what is available in our cooler at any given time. This live inventory tracking also offers me the ability to order and track required product for a specific order prior to when it is needed. Features like the ability to login off premise keeps me well informed and allows me to review and prepare for future shifts. Cons Having to learn something new can be challenging but the company support made the transition easy.
