Pros On a conceptual level - Wordzen is really good idea. Making use of the loads of emails you have already written in order to construct new one via AI is a forward thinking concept. Cons At the moment, Wordzen is no good for any kind of business communication. There is no point in using it unless you are really-really lazy. The resulting texts are clumsy and require thorough editing in order to be coherent even when its just a sentence or two.
