Wordzen, built for Gmail and G Suite accounts, is a Gmail plugin that writes, edits, and proofreads your emails for you.
It works but what is the point?
Pros: On a conceptual level - Wordzen is really good idea. Making use of the loads of emails you have already written in order to construct new one via AI is a forward thinking concept.
Cons: At the moment, Wordzen is no good for any kind of business communication. There is no point in using it unless you are really-really lazy.
The resulting texts are clumsy and require thorough editing in order to be coherent even when its just a sentence or two.
Overall: Wordzen works but there is no point to use it unless you are an all-time slacker.
It is a nice tool but kind of pricy
Pros: It helps to polish your emails when you are in a rush and need a more professional touch.
Cons: It really depends on what editor you get for your email. Some of them do an amazing job and some just correct typos and punctuation.
Use it for outbound email
Pros: Helps us building templates for outbound email campaign.
Cons: It's a bit expensive. Sometimes we have to work with the editor due to adjusting tone of the email.
Overall: We just needed help with building a few email templates and I think it was a bit overkill for us once we have our templates ready.
