My experience with rater8 has been fantastic! Our providers seem to like it and have no complaints. Seeing updates to the platform is always exciting. Our Team Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] , always makes the meetings fun and positive!

Pros

Our practice loves that rater8 is very simple to navigate, get stats on how well our practice is doing, automatically sends out reviews to patients and we can easily toggle if we want more surveys from patients or more reviews from patients. The price for rater8's services are very nice when comparing to other companies similar to rater8.

Cons

AI assisted responses could be expanded a little bit. The responses feel like they're pre-generated and not actually AI. Seems to always follow the same pattern (Thanks for high rating > It's encouraging to receive rating > our practice strives for excellence).

I really like that they do a biannual check in just to make sure we are utilizing the Rater8 services we pay for to the best of our ability so we continue to like the product and receive great results.

Pros

Rater8 has the best customer service hands down! They are so kind in all of their communication. They are extremely knowledgable on how to help their client get the most reviews online and with AI populated reviews. They encourage you in a positive way to optimize your reviews and online review platforms like Google Business profile. We were able to have a drastic increase of genuine reviews because of Rater8!

Cons

We have not experienced anything we didn't like with them. They adapted to our needs of a small town hospital. They have been amazing.

What I like most about rater8 is the combination of an easy-to-navigate platform with powerful, real-time patient feedback. Cons

There really isn’t anything I dislike about rater8. On rare occasions, an appeal may not be approved if it doesn’t meet the criteria, even when a comment feels unfair, but I understand and respect the need for consistent standards. Overall, this hasn’t taken away from the value of the platform.

I love the response that rater8 can get from patients. I have never seen so many responses. We had tried many ways, and they just fell flat. No one responded. rater8 makes things happen

My overall experience with Rater8 has been extremely positive from the first meeting and it gets even better with time. Every new feature they launch is designed to either get more reviews, get more exposure for good reviews, or creating new ways to analyze the data from reviews and Google profiles. Their dashboard is extremely easy to use and has so many good metrics. Our client success manager \[sensitive content hidden\] is an expert at pointing us in the right direction with what questions best to ask in the survey for our practice and how to best weight the questions so we get the answers we need. The service team is the best I have ever seen with getting answers usually in seconds to less than 5 minutes when emailed. I cannot recommend Rater8 enough.

Pros

Rater8 is always striving to make its platform the best it can be. Every time we meet our amazing client success manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] she is excited to show us a plethora of new features that will make reputation management even easier. What I like most about rater8 is this drive to always improve.

Cons

Every thing about Rater8 is straightforward and useful, I have no complaints. Anything that we come up with that could be of use that they don't have we email to their ideas email and they try to built it.

Pros

Results. Our scores started reflecting the reality of our service offerings & performance within one month. Prior to implementing rater8, our review scores only reflected the negative customer experiences. I'm also appreciative of the ease of implementation, the strategic thought behind which review sites to populate, and the ongoing customer support.

Cons

N/A. I struggle finding opportunities for rater8. They have done exactly what they said they were going to do. Hard to complain about that.

Rater8 offers a platform that works seamlessly with our EMR. The support team is very responsive and gets the problem resolved quickly. They are up to date on new laws or market changes and inform us promptly.

Pros

Rater8 is very professional and is always finding ways to improve their product offerings. The badges on the physician pages is the best.

Cons

There are not any cons. We have been partners with Rater8 for 8 years, so it is interesting to see the growth of positive reviews over the years.

I've had a great experience with Rater8. Very responsive team, and the software is very easy to navigate.

Pros

I like the management of our reviews. Not only does the integration with our EHR help build our online reputation and cut a clearer picture of operations with internal surveys, but it also helps us manage and correct issues patients may be having in real time, helping us to create a better patient experience.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. Comparatively, similar companies offer addititional marketing tools, which would be great to utilize, but I think Rater8 has perfected what they do by staying focused on reputation building and data collection and that just doesn't compare to other companies.

I considered other companies because of the extra marketing tools in their plans, but ultimatly the reputation management and data collection is what has really helped us.

I do not mind the meetings we have, but if I were to choose anything that I dislike it's the quarterly meetings. Again, they are needed and I do not dislike like, it's something I had to pick to write about.

Pros

We use rater8 on behalf of our clients for review generation and monitoring. It's helped us build our client's brand reputation from nonexistent to near perfect. The process has helped them internally identify areas for improvement that may not have been addressed if not heard from their patients.

Cons

I could write about their quarterly meetings and how organized and responsive their team is. Or perhaps the consistent improvements and additions they add for reporting and analysis that make it easier to improve listings and ratings. I guess I'll leave it at you get what you pay for.

Rater8 is my favorite marketing partner. The easiest by far to work with and to get support from (on the rare occasion it is needed).

Pros

With Rater8, we are able to see all of the reviews in one place and cater the appropriate data to each user. As an admin, I can see all of the reviews and survey results. Each provider in our organization can see the data that is important to them being able to improve, and can ask me or another admin a question. As admins, it is easy to see what they are asking about and help them problem-solve. Having all the reviews in one place for responding is HUGE! This is such time-saver vs. going to every online listing and searching for reviews and responding individually.

Cons

If there is one thing, it would be that I would prefer that Rater8 offer more services. For instance, I wish Rater8 offered Listing management (actually build our listings and optimize them for us, based on data we could provide to Rater8) and then push the listing info out to other platforms. The reason I say this is because everything that Rater8 has provided to date has been so top notch, that I would trust them with so much more.

Exceptional product and staff. VERY happy with the experience and most importantly the impressive results.

Pros

Since implementing rater8 the number of reviews we've received has risen dramatically. Increasing reviews on Google has improved our SEO. We love that our patient reviews also feed directly onto our website, which eliminated the previous manual process. Our past patient surveys were mailed out to our patients, so automating the process has saved us thousands of dollars in postage annually. The staff at rater8 is VERY responsive, patient and supportive. Not only during the implementation phase but as we move forward. They provide quarterly calls to ensure we understand how to use the tool to its full potential. Their follow-through, product knowledge and responsiveness are unparalleled.

Cons

Not a whole lot. Had to think a bit to identify anything we don't like! The day of a quarterly call with rater8 I received what appeared to be a random sales email from rater8 highlighting the ability for our patient reviews to be shared on our social media platforms. No one had told me about that yet, and I wish it were mentioned during the scheduled call. It is a feature we are not currently utilizing but will consider it.

Pros

Rater8 has been an outstanding asset in getting reviews on Google and other search websites. In the past 2+ years of using Rater8, our Google reviews have gone from mixed to a 4.9 with over a thousand reviews. Compared to our competitors, our reviews are unmatched. Rater8 prompts customers/patients to leave both internal and external feedback. This leads to more people leaving reviews and more feedback to improve your business. Integrating Rater8 can make a good business stand out and improve.

Cons

Rater8 reviews are intended to be private. While this is good for the reviewer, it does make it difficult to indentify the reviewer or get context for their comments. I understand why this is the case, but our business strives on using negative reviews to improve when we can.

Our google reviews and internal reviews have skyrocketed with Rater8. We now have a simple way to survey patients and to share their reviews with other potential patients. The service/support with Rater8 is exceptional!

Pros

The increase in Google ratings was significant! The product was simple to set up and the Rater8 Team are very easy to work with and always available if I have a question or need to make adjustments. They are also good about adding new products/reports etc.

Cons

The only con was the number of providers we have made it a bit more pricey to include all. We did exclude some mid levels and a couple of locations.

We liked how easy it was to implement Rater8 and to monitor on an ongoing basis how our online reputation was being built. Our patients find it easy to use and that is also very important.

Cons

We don't really have any cons, as we had questions, we get great response from support as well as during our quarterly checkin meetings.

In just our first month, we obtained more reviews than had been obtained over the past 2 years combined. This has had a positive impact on the visibility of our listings, which has converted new patients

Pros

Super easy integration, friendly and helpful onboarding and customer experience staff, and knowledgeable guidance on recommendations for our reputation management strategy.

Cons

Integration with our EMR to automate review requests would result in additional cost -- unavoidable, but also not a huge deal as the more hands-on approach allows me to be in the dashboard every day and keeping tabs on how we're doing.
