Hands down best vendor to work with on any application.

Pros

They are constantly upgrading/improving the platform, which many companies do. But they go the extra step of monitoring your data, meeting with you on a regularly scheduled basis to make suggestions to improve outcomes in various areas. I am always amazed at how well they know our results across multiple survey sites. I have never once felt I was steered in the wrong direction by their recommendations.

Cons

Honestly it would take me all day to try to think of something.

Outstanding - all of the employees we have worked with over the past several years have been beyond helpful and friendly. Truly A+ customer service. I'm never hesitant to ask "stupid" questions because they always respond so thoughtfully and thoroughly and make me feel happy that I asked!

Pros

Product is so easy to use, and really tailored to accommodate patients and make it as simple for them as possible to take a few seconds out of their day and respond to the email they receive. I love that they aren't being inundated with too many questions, and I love that they can just leave a simple 1-5 star rating and comment below their rating if they choose to.

Cons

I truly don't have any complaints, nor do my colleagues who use it. A few of the physicians wish it could do more, such as provide patients with aftercare instructions, etc. But we were never looking to get that out of this product, just patient satisfaction surveys!

I have been very satisfied with rater8 and with \[sensitive content hidden\], Account representative. Anytime I have a question, \[sensitive content hidden\] and the support team are timely in answering and talking through solutions or ideas.

Pros

Our physician practice was looking at products who assist us in obtaining follow-up patient feedback to their experience with our group. In addition, we were also wanting a system including the function of increasing physician reputation management. After researching several different vendors, I found rater8 to be the best source to accomplish this for our orthopedic group.

Cons

Anytime you implement a service of this nature, a concern is to ensure you are able to see and get reporting metrics in place and I was hesitant to start, but working with my account representative, I feel very good with the reporting dashboard, and it works well for me in providing details to my administrative team and physician board.

Rater8 has been so awesome - the developers know exactly what a practice needs when it comes to patient satisfaction surveys and then delivers so much more! Comprehensive data analysis and follow up and meeting needs on so many levels. It helps us with our Social Media marketing, reaching on line websites with our info and patient feedback has been huge for our new practice. And the reporting that Rate8 provides to see the outcomes of practice and patient efforts is worth every penny and more!

Pros

Ease for patients to give us feedback - and the reporting is phenomenal. Set up and go live was so easy and integration with our EMR seamless.

Cons

No cons - everything has been awesome and they even anticipate needs that we were just discovering!!

### "Everything we had hopes for and more"

Our providers are extremely pleased with the ratings improvements for all of the major websites that have healthcare and provider ratings. We have also put in place several changes to our internal workflow to address issues that have been brought up by patients through rater8 questionnaires. Overall it has been an excellent experience and has brought a lot of value to us.

Pros

We liked how in depth the analysis of profile management and review tracking was from the very start. As we have worked with Rater8, we have found that the customer service is excellent. Our Account Specialist is extremely responsive and more pro-active than most we have worked with. We really like having the scheduled quarterly calls to check up on our progress and to make changes based on how the data shows we are faring. Every time we have had a call there has been one or more major feature improvements. While we do not use all of the available features we have been struck by the sheer size of the data that can be collected and the granularity of the data. It is rather impressive.

Cons

We have not yet come across any features that we feel are missing; there are far more features than we think we would ever use and the list of updates sometimes gets a bit daunting.

### "Game Changer! "

Pros

Love how easy the platform is to navigate, the review solicitation and generation process looks legit (not spammy) and has greatly improved our patient feedback. Customization of internal vs external reviews helps to keep our finger on the pulse of high-priority improvement items. This platform has made it easier to share positive feedback with our physicians as well, we always get to hear about the negative feedback but the positive is just as important. The customer service is exceptional!

Cons

The only downside at all is that the report has to be uploaded manually on a daily basis for us. Working to find a way to automate this down the line.

Since I joined my team in January, my experience with rater8 has been incredible and our Account Manager, Madison, has been beyond helpful. Not only did she help me learn the platform quickly and walk me through plenty of tips and tricks to find and analyze our reviews easier, she's been a great listener and applies my ideas during our strategic meetings. Pros

The in-depth, targeted approach on generating satisfaction reviews to cover our plethora of services, locations, providers, and resources.

Cons

I wish rater8 had an way to capture patient-reported clinical results. Sure, we know our patients are "happy" patients, but how are they ~healing~ in comparison to patients throughout the nation? Are our clinical results reflective of how we value quality care for each patient? Things like improvement after operation, consistency and coordination of care, recovery rates (i.e. back to sport release dates), etc.

in years past we might only get 3-5 reviews per year. Now with rater8 we have a process to send out to customers and have received 25-45 per month.

Pros

Rater8 has a platform that is easy to use. It is easy to upload customer lists and can be integrated into EHR software.

Cons

Rater8 has a platform that is loaded with many tools. So far, I do not have a least like.

Pros

The most impactful is the individual reviews about our physicians and our practice. This helps us improve with future appointments.

I really don't have any cons as their team is very knowledgeable and takes the time to help with any issues we have.

Pros

Rater8 implementation was simple and efficient. The dashboard is user friendly and reporting components satisfactory. Rater8 customer service is incredible. The support team as well as our account manager are respond within hours to any questions or needs we may have. They are knowledgable and passionate about the platform.

Cons

After using the software for almost 18 months, I cannot think of any negatives.

Pros

We have been with rater8 since 2018 and they have substantially helped with our reputation management. The dashboard is easy to use, with constant feature updates that make managing it easy . They also do quarterly update meetings and provide their recommendations which takes the load off the administrator. This is one of my few vendors that I never need to worry about, and they are dedicated to making our practice look good!

Everything is wonderful, I have no complaints!

Pros

rater8 has met our needs from day one. Our online presence has improved immensely with the quantity & the quality of reviews we are receiving. The feedback we get allows us to continue to meet the needs of our patients & enhance our patient experience every day. The positive exposure we get online has been wonderful for our practice also. We give rater8 an A+ and look forward to continuing to work with them.

There isn't much. I guess the only thing would be more customization for questions.

Stellar customer service. Not just knowledgeable in their field, but in mine as well and have helped me flush out marketing ideas.

Pros

This product was easily the best marketing decision I've made in years. We knew patients looked at online reviews, and we knew we had many happy patients, but the review volume didn't align. After a quick on-boarding, it only requires a few minutes a week to keep running. Most of my providers, and my practice locations, went from single-digit variable-star reviews to several hundred reviews with an average of 4.5-5 stars across multiple platforms, including Google. Even better, we've had many patients tell the providers that they came after seeing how many positive reviews they have.

Cons

Like much software, it is what you make it. Any limitations are usually due to the time I put in. If I wanted to spend a hour or two a week analyzing reviews and implementing what I learned, that's an option. I'd say the biggest limitation is that I don't use it to it's full extent. But that's also my favorite part. We got our online reputation management totally handled fast, easy, honestly, and successfully.

Account manager and help staff is extremely response and the tool is easy to use, overall. Whenever we have a problem, the help team tackles it right away.

We have a very busy office with some outstanding physicians but it has always been difficult to show that from an online perspective since the only people that normally leave a review without being asked are the patients that are upset. Once we started with Rater8 we found that a large portion of our patients really love our office and love our physicians and are happy to leave a review but only if they receive a request and it must be easy for them to do. With Rater8 our online reputation has significantly improved, not only has the number of reviews greatly increased but our overall star rating has increased as well. Another benefit has been employee job satisfaction, since patients have been able to leave reviews not only about the physicians but also about employees, I have found that employee pride and commitment has improved as well.

Pros

One of the best things about this software was the ease of integration. It was up within 24 hours and we began to receive reviews immediately. With a busy office to run, I do not have time for lengthy implementations, it could not have been any easier to get stated.

Cons

I have not had any issues that I feel need to be improved.

We had a couple online listings below 4 stars which is what led us to Rater8. After reviewing the platform and rates we began using their service. After almost 2 years we're still happy with what they provide to us and are very pleased with the improvement of our online reputation.

Through Rater8 quickly gaining or improving an online reputation is pretty simple.

Cons

Internal reviews are often anonymous making inquiries about a negative review not possible.

Pros

It is easy to respond to our reviews and generate reports.

Cons

Response time to answer reviews is limited to 30 days. If you can't respond within that timeframe then you won't be able to do so from rater8.

We have had nothing but good experiences with rater8. I would suggest this product to anyone that values their internet reviews.

Pros

We enjoy the software application since it is automated and does not require any management on a daily basis. It's seamless integration works every time. I can only say this about Rater8 and not any other applications that we use with any other systems that we use. Overall it is the easiest application that our company has and most reliable. Rater8 provides excellent feedback that allows managers the ability to review and make changes to actual issues or even perceptions that may or may not be true. Perception is everything in our business and a major focus for our staff.

Cons

There is nothing actually to dislike unless your reviews are not where you would like them to be. All in all sometimes the truth might hurt but if you are in the customer satisfaction business as we are. We must know the truth in order to make things better.

Rater8 was implemented right around the time I began with the organization, and I have been the main point of contact and primary user of the product. I've appreciated how well designed it is, the quick responsiveness when running reports, the options for seeing numerous data sets, and the excellent support I've received from the Rater8 team. When I've had to ask a question, I have never waited indefinitely for a reply. I appreciate that enormously.

Pros

Extremely simple to use, and perfectly designed. The ease of use has been an incredible asset when looking for a very granular view of our metrics. You can tell this was thoughtfully designed and tested thoroughly. I also very much appreciate that any questions I have had have been answered very quickly and accurately. Anyone who has ever called a support desk knows you don't always get the right answer. That's never been the case with Rater8.

Cons

I've been using the software for well over a year and cannot recall any issues that have negatively affected my opinion of the product.
