Their entire team is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our online reviews have increased tremendously in the year and a half since we have been with Rater8, and the information we have collected from the survey mode has been very helpful not only in training our staff but making changes within our practice. We are extremely pleased with our partnership. Cons There is nothing I do not like. Any change that I have suggested they have been able to accommodate. Reason for choosing rater8 Their knowledge of our industry was evident and being able to integrate with our with our system made for a seamless transition. They offer a reputation management solution that works! We have seen in less than a year our ratings dramatically increase. We are able to motivate staff by sharing the great reviews with them. The reports are easy to understand and export. I especially like how professional and helpful their staff was during implementation. We have quarterly meetings now and it's great to get to know our manager so she can offer any solutions to make this process better for our business. They are very proactive! This so we could make changes which would give us a more favorable image. Pros RATER8 modified their product to fit our Dumpster rental business very quickly and efficiently. It was very easy for me to provide our customer information into their database and the review request to our customers. Our customers found this product much easier to work with compared to others.I Cons I did not pursue a function which would send a review request more times if no response was received and not answered by our customers. This might have increased our response from our customers. Reason for choosing rater8 I was manually entering review requests. Our \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] felt we should be more automated in case something happened to me. Excellent experience. The software completely changed our online footprint and did so in a very short amount of time with limited headache. The team is top notch. This company should continue to grow based on the quality of their software, their dev team and their supporting staff. Pros The software is intuitive and effective. It collates all patient reviews among our four offices, 10 providers, and various review sites like Google, Healthgrades, and Vitals. Even with all this data, the dashboard is easy to use with graphs and star ratings to help highlight what you want to see at any given moment. And to be able to respond to all patient reviews, even those from Google, from one single sign-on is a bonus. Cons The integration with our existing business process has been smooth. Support is very helpful in sending instructions on how to update badges on our website, best practices for dealing with Healthgrades, and reminding me of tasks that may have been overlooked. We're very happy with the progress and like that the reviews can be focused to whatever review site needs them. Cons Integration with our current system wasn't difficult but the software/website isn't very intuitive to navigate in general. Often have difficulties remembering where to locate certain features since there are quite a few tabs, drop-downs, etc. Also don't like that we have to share an interface with our partner organization. Our situation is unique but would really like to have a separate account. This often creates confusion during quarterly meetings as well since there are doctors and locations that aren't related to SPO. Usually have to go over this each time and filter out the doctors/locations not associated with our listing. Pros Rater8 has helped our practice with increasing not only our external reviews and reputation management, but also internal. We find the internal Rater8 surveys provide great feedback that we use to address issues if they arise. Our quarterly meetings are SO insightful and they are always have new features to share. The support team is super quick and responsive when questions or issues come up. Everyone we have worked with is fantastic. Cons In the beginning, we wanted an easier way to send a snapshot of how each provider performs-- but they just rolled this out to us! We have nothing negative to say about Rater8. Their quarterly support calls are organized and essential to helping me understand all the moving parts of Rater8 and their best practice recommendations are always welcome. Pros Rater8 is user-friendly. My favorite feature has to be the zip reply for Google reviews directly from this platform. The canned replies make responding to reviews effortless and help me give timely feedback. Cons The reporting is getting much better. I'm really excited about a feature being tested that will allow me to provide each provider with an in-depth individual reporting of their scores and activities. No more manual reports. We discussed our goals and each check-in with their customer service team we review them and the progress we've made to accomplish them. They have made receiving patient feedback and generating online reviews easy. We went from receiving about 30 reviews for our 25 doctors combined a year, to 200-300 a month with more than 95% of those being 5-stars. Pros I like that rater8 was easy to implement into our practice. Their team layed out a plan and executed it as they told us they would . Their dashboard allows us to see results in near real-time with a variety of reporting options. Their customer support is also prompt, professional, and gets you an answer.
