Excellent experience. The results are amazing. Not only did we significantly increase the number of patient reviews but our individual physician and overall clinic scores jumped dramatically. Both the Rater8 team and their software far exceeded my expectations. Pros Great customer service. They are very responsive to any questions or comments we have. Very easy to implement. They were able to make changes that allowed us to track not only individual providers, but could also generate reviews on departments. Cons Honestly, we have had no issues with the product. Pros This product has completely changed our online presence by offering our patients a direct route to leave honest, candid reviews in real time. It's also been fantastic from an operational perspective; we utilize the feedback to improve facets such as wait time, scheduling processes, etc. Overall it's been a huge success. Each month we generate 20-30 google reviews. The survey integration to our website allows for further SEO building. We will be using Rater8 for the duration of my career as long as they continue to optimize their product like they currently do. We have been very happy with our experience and thank Rater8 for helping us build our medical practice reputation in the community. My number of Google reviews has increased exactly the way they told me it would happen. Cons Very powerful in terms of settings. Many features. It's a lot to learn. But they walk you through it all. Once we added Rater8, they helped push our online reviews. We now have a lot more on line and those negative reviews have been overwhelmed by our positive ones. We aren't going to please everyone but it sure looks so much better. I feel I have a much better hand on the feel of our practice, patients are honest and will tell you when they don't like something and they do like things. I am able to see all comments and know when I have a problem at one of our clinics pretty quickly. It's also a great tool for meetings with departments in our clinic - the feedback is priceless! Pros The product is easy to use, I love the dashboard and the ability to filter the reviews by so many options. Cons sometimes I forget to send the file over to Rate8, I try to send a week at a time. The outcomes we needed were delivered with extreme speed and exactly as sold. Rarely have I seen a company execute on a promise this fast.
