It has been a great investment and the impact has been significant compared to other programs. Pros This software interfaces with the patients well and truly understands patient engagement on multiple platforms. It is also very easy to use for a busy practice and you can extract a lot of helpful data and analytics very easily. This has been great for quality control and improving patient experience. If there are times we have consistent negative feedback, we can address the issue internally, in a timely manner. Pros This is the first time we've used a program such as Rater8. The system is very user friendly, allowing me to toggle between providers, ratings & reviews. Everyone at Rater8 thus far has been knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of. Being a busy practice manager, it's nice to have them continue to set-up our meetings, as I would otherwise lose track of. We took a conservative approach to year 1 and are excited to advance a bit more in year 2. Pros The implementation is easy. Monitoring of the surveys and online reviews are all accessible under one login. Cons The hardest part about effectively using Rater8 is remember to login to the dashboard and work the reviews and provide staff feedback and training. There is no reminder to do this, it's all on you. Reason for choosing rater8 We choose Rater8 due to the prices. At the time we were looking our Doctors wanted some thing basic and cost efficient. I’ve identified several areas in my practice with which I can improve upon. It’s helped me in staff meetings and I use the data frequently to give feedback (almost always positive as Rater8 has helped bring out the positive in my employees even more). It’s helped me identify my personal weaknesses and basically keep a constant pulse on how our clinic is doing. Pros Rater8 has been fantastic in helping me learn from patients n and I can improve my practice. From front end scheduling, office cleanliness, how my staff are doing, and personal data that I can use to improve on patient care, this software has been essential in bettering my practice. The Rater8 employees are the best part- very responsive and friendly. Cons I honestly don’t have any negative things to say. I’m 100% happy with Rater8. I can pull almost any type of information I'm looking for, and it's been so helpful to share customer/patient feedback with my staff. They are also constantly improving the software so I can keep up with internet trends to keep my business current in the marketplace. Also, I did practically nothing to implement the software and go-live. I provided them with the basic information of my practice and Rater8 literally set up and handled all the rest of the implementation. Cons You can pull reports of ratings that don't have comments. So if someone leaves a rating but does leave a comment about that rating, I'm unable to pull that non-commented rating. Reason for choosing rater8 Cost and implementation requirements.
