They make it easy to understand the software and hold us accountable in follow-up meetings. I love the product and the team who sold and implemented it! Pros Our doctors get great satisfaction from reading a month's worth of compliments in one sitting. Plus, we have seen results in record time. Cons Sometimes the software recognizes positive reviews and negative due to the wording in the review, but it doesn't affect the overall rating. It gives a sad face on the dashboard. Overall this has been a very good experience. Pros The reviews are very helpful and give great input for our staff and providers. I was an easy process to get activated. I like that it integrates with our company website and can with Google. This was a key component of our digital marketing strategy. Pros The analytics and data reporting components are impressive. It has also served as a valuable validation tool, i.e. it confirmed what we already thought was happening. The company also does a good overall job with customer service, i.e. makes themselves available, conducts regular check-in meetings, low turnover, etc. Pros It got results. We went from a handful of Google reviews to over 85 in less than 6 months, which definitely makes a difference in our web marketing. Cons The terminology is a bit confusing at times and some of the KPIs require explanation that isn't intuitive. Pros Rater8 has followed through with everything they promised and more. Having the ability to respond immediately to patient concerns is invaluable. I once got a bad review for an MD and in 10 minutes I was able to call the patient and let them know I had spoken to the MD and taken steps to resolve their issue. The patient was amazed and we turned a negative into a positive. The biggest pro is the effect it has had with our online reviews. They have flourished. Corrections can be made swiftly. There team is knowledgeable and always willing to make recommendations and accept feedback. Pros The analytics and dashboard feature. Push notifications for ratings and feedback on providers. Cons It can be difficult to find time to log in and pull all provider score cards and send out consistently. The team was responsive and helpful and made implementation a breeze. The hardest part is claiming on the Google listings. Pros The implementation process was very easy and free. There was no pressure or initial payment to move forward with the trial. Once it's set up it's user friendly and you see results almost immediately. Cons I don't have too many complaints with the software. I wish I could filter more than just the comments on the analytics dashboard, but I know I can find that info elsewhere in the software.
