Outstanding. Student Support Time solved many of our issues with running a mega high school with over 3,700 students and 300+ teachers.

Pros

Student Support Time has evolved with each year of our use of this software. Student Support Time has become an integral component of our daily infrastructure to enhance school-to-home communication, student interventions, teacher availability, scheduling of resources (i.e. testing room, tutors, etc.), and more.

Cons

Nothing. It is intuitive and the programmer is incredibly responsive to our needs.

### "Personalized Learning is not possible without Student Support Time"

See the cons response. Absolutely amazing experience and their support and program is a game changer and a critical piece to the evolution of education.

Pros

We can deconstruct the bell schedule and completely rethink education. As we shift towards more learner driven, personalized learning, this is the most concrete tool that allows dynamic daily scheduling that also pairs with management of students engaging in that schedule. Students being able to log in each day, see what they've already been requested for, and create their daily schedule helps them buy into learning, have a hand at crafting their experiences, and serves as a concrete organizer for their day. teachers can input their schedules weeks in advance which is great for long term targeted services or offerings can be created on the fly to meet the needs of our students. Each offering has a type that helps students know if the offering is required, optional, or a choice activity which helps our group (7-9th) know where to put their focus. The attendance piece is a game changer as we could not accurately gauge attendance throughout the school day using our old system and SST allows us to take multiple engagement points as well as pull reports to see who has attended what for social emotional and academic wellness.

Cons

That I didn't have it sooner? Any modifications or changes that we thought of have been made by Sheri and the SST team. I cannot stress enough how amazing it is to have someone who responds quickly and makes changes to the program to meet our needs in such remarkable timing. Other LMS support take days and rarely come up with a concrete response, let alone offering to make changes asked.

We did not see anything out there that has the level of simplicity (good simplicity, think iPhone v Android), flexibility, helpful features, and student ease of access.

It has been bery positive. My \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is completely on top of things and answers (it seems) at all times, day or night.

Pros

We utilize this program for a tutoring time during an academic school day. The students can sign up to see a teacher or teachers can request to see students 2 - 3 times per week. The reporting, though fairly general is very helpful.

Cons

The reports are very general, and as much as I try I cannot seem to find how to drill down for attendance - I think I need more training.

Absolutely love this program, and not sure how we would do much of what we are able to do without this software.

Pros

Super easy to manage and navigate, with great support when you get lost. Covers all of our out of class time - WIN, study halls, resource centers, and advisory time. Huge plus is the access to Parent Conference scheduling, all of the student's teachers in one place and navigating all of the scheduling easily.

Cons

Doesn't directly link to our SIS system but we managed to figure out a work around.

Pros

The flexibility of the software to create the features specific to individual building needs is critical. The response and capacity of the programmer to build tools are hard to come by in the application space. We have been able to be responsive to stakeholder feedback and fully integrate the application school-wide in a short period of time.

Cons

Occasionally user profiles will be deactivated after or during an update. This can cause some delays in being able to use the system. Reactivation is easy, however, and most users are able to be reactivated immediately.

Excellent.

Pros

I greatly appreciate working with Student Support Time directly to understand the software and customize it to our needs. Communication was always timely and supportive. The software itself has so many features and has been a game changer in starting a flexible schedule for intervention time at our high school. It is seamless with our student data information and the fact that it communicates with all stakeholders is key. We used it for intervention flexible scheduling, hall passes and special spaces like our prayer space and alternative lunch space. I am looking forward to using even more of the options in year two!

Cons

Every idea that our staff had for how to make this software work better for us was easy to customize. There are no cons.

### "Thank You Student Support Time!"

The transition from our previous system to Student Support Time went incredibly smoothly for everyone as SST is intuitive and easy to use. Customer support was quick and helpful. We were thankful to be able to use SST as a trial and discover all of the ways it would support our intervention time. Due to the software features and the customer support, we will now be moving away from our previous system and will use SST.

Pros

Ease of use for all (administrators, teachers, students). The interface is clean and intuitive. Even the least tech savvy teachers and students were able to navigate SST without much trouble.

Cons

There were some glitches that showed up during our last 2 sessions - students appeared in more than one teachers' offering (or twice in a teacher's offering), some of the scheduled tasks ran at an unusual time.

Reason for choosing Student Support Time

It was recommended to us and after we tried it were pleased with its performance and the support we received before and during implementation.

I love it! It truly benefits students, families, and school staff by providing one central location for all communications and supports.

Pros

I love that Student Support Time is one central location for requesting students for support/enrichment, contacting home, allowing families to see my weekly office hours, seeing other staff contact with students and families, and a ton of other beneficial features! The addition of Student Support Time for our school has been huge and implementing "myTime" (our school's term for built in student support time) has definitely benefited both staff and students.

Cons

Honestly, nothing. Any recommended feature that I have asked for has been implemented in anywhere from 12 hours to two weeks. The turn around time is seriously impressive for new features.

We use Student Support Time for a flexible period in our day that we call MyTime. It is super easy for both students and staff to use and helps us manage where all of our students will be during that time. We also love that if we have ideas or anything that needs trouble shooting we are able to get help right away.

We have felt very supported and if we have ideas to improve or things that we want they are quick to make that happen for us.

Although we have yet to use Student Support Time as we intended due to the pandemic, it has been flexible enough to meet our changing needs during the pandemic. We've always had great customer service when needed.

Pros

Student Support Time fulfilled our need of a quick and easy all in one solution to schedule flexible time for extra support for our high school. The product is easy to set up and use offers great ways to communicate with parents and students and is inexpensive.

Cons

For our uses of Student Support Time here are no cons.

We have saved time and paper by using this system. We have been able to hold more students accountable for their actions. Teachers have been able to support students better than ever before.

Pros

This software was so easy to integrate and use. It was very straightforward and any time we wanted something tweaked or changed, it happened often within 24 hours of being requested. So many teachers have thanked me for bring this system to our school.

Cons

The only thing I found a bit difficult was navigating it as an administrator (which I am not, but I was given access). Running reports felt bit clunky, but it is probably because I did not do it often enough.

Pros

Loved that the creators worked with us to get a product that we needed and could use with ease. They were super receptive to feedback in both the creation and implementation.

Cons

When we first implemented the product the more features we added the slower the system became. However that was solved after the first year.

We wanted to find a way to request individual students for interventions, track their attendance, and communicate with parents. This program does all of those. We can now see which students are being requested and which ones might be slipping through the cracks. Student Support Time helps us catch those students so we can provide the support that they need.

Pros

The software is extremely easy to use, provides data that we can act on, and the support provided by the company has been amazing. Our teachers love how it communicates with parents and students. It also works well with our existing software that our school and district are using. I don't think we could use the intervention structure we are using without having student support time.

Cons

I don't see any cons with the software.

We were able to train our teachers to use student support time in one meeting approximately 1 hour long. Vendor support during implementation and training was amazing and the product user interface is intuitive.

Cons

The only thing missing from student support time is an automated way to write back attendance data to our student information system.

This software allows the impossible, for 100 staff members to individually communicate with 2000 students and track the students' attendance. It also captures ALL data we are looking for, which helps us know we are reaching hundreds of students at a time. It really does exactly what we need it to do. To make the experience even better, Sheri's service has been amazing. She replies to queries very quickly, and is able to meet with us as we need. I can think of no way to improve the customer service Sheri provides. I would be happy to speak with anyone interested in using Student Support Time.

Pros

This software is extremely user friendly, which is important because I needed to train 100 staff and 2000 students in how to use this. The questions I get from folks are easy for me to answer because of the detailed help guide.

Cons

We were one of the first schools to use this software, so there were some bugs to work out. Sheri did an awesome job of solving problems though.

This was a time saving and much needed program. I am excited to see what other features are available and how it may work with existing systems.

Pros

This is a teacher/student friendly software that was easily implemented in about one weeks time. We were using a google sign up type system for our WIN (Student Support Time) and it was difficult to track students.

Cons

As we moved along in the process, we asked for new features and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was amazing and efficient to either implement or take note of the possibilities.
