Everything is intuitive and modifiable. The interface is attractive. I was able to have all my needs for a POS and booking system met! Any time I had questions, I could ask the chat support team and they would reply almost instantly. (Shoutout to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] - you were super helpful) It does what it should do AND more for a hair salon, they have thought of all the different needs and uses, came up with an all-in-one app AND it's free?!

I am very satisfied with Zolmi and I do not intend to migrate to another system. It fully supports my business needs and continues to evolve.

Pros

I like many things about Zolmi. The integration with my website is very easy, and clients can use the customer side without any difficulty to book their appointments. The interface is very intuitive and well designed, covering everything I need such as client registration, staff management, services, and scheduling. Zolmi also integrates with Google Reviews, which helps improve Google traffic and visibility. Positive reviews directly support attracting new clients. I consider the pricing very fair, especially because I use the full version and practically all features of the software: online bookings, gift card sales, marketing campaigns, reports, and more. Another strong point is the customer support. It is fast, efficient, and human, I mean no robotic messages. They solve issues quickly and professionally.

Cons

I don’t use the Expenses feature because I believe it still needs improvement. Ideally, it should allow users to simply take photos of receipts or upload files, with the system automatically identifying and categorizing expenses. At the moment, data must be entered manually, and there is no proper way to store digital receipts. Because of this, I currently use another software for expense management. Another important improvement for me would be the ability to classify clients by language. I work with both British and Brazilian clients, and having a specific field in the client profile to register the client’s language would be extremely helpful. This would greatly improve reports and allow more personalized marketing campaigns based on language.

Overall, the platform is well designed and easy to get into, especially for non-techs, which is all of our staff execpt me. We're glad we found Zolmi and I would recommend it to every salon that are starting up. If the rating was out of 10, I would give a 9.5/10 :)

Pros

1\. The ease of use. The platform was quickly understood by our staff and even the ones that aren't the most tech savy. 2. Value for money. It's one of the most fairly priced platform for salons out there, which is the biggest plus for us. 3. Appointment management & Scheduling. It's easy to manage everything in the calendar, either from a phone, tablet or computer, we had not issues whatsoever. 4. Customer support. They are great at replying. We almost always get a response within 24h, depending on the subject. 5. Client Management. Might be the easiest thing to manage on the platform. The only thing I'd change/add to the client management, is being able to go directly to an appointment when clicking on it from the client's profile.

Cons

1\. Customer support We're still waiting on the website we were told we'd have, and it's been more than a month without any news. Another thing, there's no place where we can look at what Zolmi's team is working on. It would be interseting to have some insight at what's coming in the future of the platform, and maybe a place where clients could post change request suggestions. 2. Customization options. There's a quite bit of customization in there, but not everything is customizable. I'm not trying to be arsh, the platform is amazing and has a lot going for it, but some things remain hard coded on the platform. I'm certain they'll get there eventually, I have high hopes for Zolmi. \*\* System Administration | Technology \*\* I'd like to have more tools. - Import or export data to Zolmi. - API to send inventory/product or client information in batch. - Website builder. - Ability to create views from a list of tables that would be accessible in read-only from the database, or some kind of access to the database in read-only.

Pros

I have been using Zomli for over four years now. It’s been a fantastic product to use at my Nail Studio. The tech support, whenever needed, is prompt. The platform is very user friendly and my customers appreciate their appointment reminders. Using Zolmi has made it much easier for me to manage client appointments, and the price point is very reasonable.

Cons

There is nothing that I can say I don’t like about the Zolmi booking software. Any issues I’ve had in the past have been resolved and I look forward to continuing to use the product.

Commercial terms are also reasonable. And the best aspect is the very high level of customer service. Zolmi team has been very prompt and supportive of all our queries. Keep up the good work.

Cons

I suggest the Inventory tool to be able to general historical reports (stock movements) for a more comprehensive monthly stock take reports.

I absolutely love this system!! Very user friendly, the text reminders have been a favourite for myself and my guests! The ability to customize the details in the calendar is very satisfying. The only thing I don’t like is that I didn’t find them faster! The system is truly great, has everything you need to run a smooth booking system.

The reason I moved to Zolmi is its great value for money. Learning a new software I found it easy to use with great customer support.

Cons

Nothing I can think of. A few features my other app had was more marketing tools but from what I know I think this is coming for Zolmi.

I love the ease of use. And the many features

Cons

I would like the packages to be put together a little petter such as being able to sell a pack of 6 of the same service and then have them be redeemed one at a time on the clients profile. Wish it had a POS system

About your notes: we’ve already added a QR code so clients can access your booking page more easily, and for invoices — once an invoice is saved (payment completed), it can’t be edited for fiscal reasons, but you can void it and issue a new one anytime.
