The process went from over a week with our prior provider, to sometimes hours with Checkr. Candidates have shared a positive experience with the platform, and results come back quickly. The system integrates with our HRIS, allowing us easy access to requesting the background check directly from Recruiting. The cost is comparable to other platforms, and the customer service is quick. Cons Checkr has so many positive qualities - the only thing that I wish was different would be to have a dedicated account manager with a phone number or email to contact. Their customer service is through scheduled office hours or through chat. Both are useful, but sometimes it would be easier to send a quick email or call a dedicated resource. I also love the feature they have where a candidate can provide an explanation to a crime or issue on their background check. Cons Nothing so far!
