"Director of HR"

**Pros:** Just started using because of integration with new payroll/HR system. It seems easy enough to use with a lot of options.

**Cons:** I haven't been using them long enough to tell if there are any major drawbacks or negatives to describe.

"Integration Makes Life Easier - Good Overall"

**Overall:** It has gone well overall and they seem to be updating things to make it more user friendly in terms of customizing packets. Again, we love the integration piece - makes life easier.

**Pros:** Checkr integrates easily into Paylocity which is very nice not having to switch between platforms. It is also very easy to order a background check and to customize a background check.

**Cons:** It is not easy to understand in terms of how far the background check goes and to what depth it goes. I was having a hard time finding out if it was a 7 year look back period or farther. It looks like they have added a 10 year look back period, but it would be nice to see more detail on the report.
