Pros Ease of use and easy to read. It's easy to input data and read the reports/findings. Cons A bit pricey, but worth it. This software is very easy to use and is cost-effective. I also like the Communications that are automatically sent out to the applicant concerning their background check. Pros The ease of tracking and speed of turn-around Cons I have some volunteers in the United Kingdom, and I have not tried to use CHECKR for them. I do not yet know how that experience will turn out. The most useful feature is the international screenings. We were able to set this up quickly, and its not too expensive when ordering screenings. They also set up a walk through for the feature to go over any questions. Cons If I had to choose something, we've had some issues during background screenings with employment verification. It is just a click of a button. Pros It is integrated with Paylocity and works excellent with the onboarding process. There is a quick response time. Easy for employees to put in their information and give their approval to use. Cons We haven't used it enough to have any cons. So far, it has worked out great for our company.
