Whenever we need her help, she is always there from Monday to Sunday and able to help us solve the problem quickly. Sometimes you can find a good software as there are many out there but you may not find the people who has heart that will really help you get things done. This is the reason why even the app is more expensive than others and we choose to stay and continue to use it. Cons pricing and sometimes it won't sync. They are very good partners that help me to integrate my inventory with various sales channels. The APP is easy to use compared to other apps. The team is helpful in tracking down and resolving issues. Pros Easy to use. Sync's inventory and sales orders from Shopify to Walmart. The best most reliable tech support team and help desk. Very responsive-- issues are troubleshooted and resolved timely. Cons when uploading multiple products, there is no filter to sort for products recently added to pull up only the list of new products added. Instead I have to copy paste each product added in search bar to pull up and its a slow process to do one at a time. Also, when you add a product to Walmart the product will appear on the Walmart site but with 0 in inventory - so the listing is not published. You have to update the inventory in the Ced commerce app and then also again on the Walmart site for the inventory to show and the listing to publish. Too Many steps in the process. VP Sales & Marketing Consumer Goods Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great App" January 21, 2021 5.0 It was a little difficult to know that we were having a problem with some items not mapping and we started out missing orders. It was also not clear that we did everything in CED and not in Walmart or Shopify directly. It caused us to not trust the app and have to check both platforms. After connecting with tech support out of frustration we were able to correct the issue. The profiling, uploading and publishing is still confusing and seems like alot of steps to add additional products. I would like to be able to add to Shopify and click a box saying yes or no to publish on Walmart. Pros We only have to update in one place (Shopify) and Walmart updates. We can retrieve, return, refund and communicate with the customer through Shopify. We get an email if an order did not integrate correctly so we can go check Walmart.com and fetch the order. We can also correct the issue so it does not occur again. The technical support and service has been the best experience. Very responsive on chat sessions and very effective at analyzing what I am having trouble with and responding with very straightforward step by step solutions that work. Cons See below. Setup is quick and customer service is excellent. Advises you of any error you may have on each sku. Cons Once you have are all setup and all your skus are listed on walmart, they should have a way to mark your skus on shopify. Other sales channel provide this information.
