It's a useful program for the contractors in a way to keep track of each company that I work for, also, a useful tool for hiring companies especially dealing with documents and insurance, training, etc.

Pros

simple UI, makes it easy to work on the job. Pricing is reasonable for the hiring organzation.

Cons

for the contractor user, the annual subscription tends to be higher and annually billed. Pricing is leveled by number of companies that I work for.
