### "Great Contractor Program!"

Pros

This has been an awesome contractor program that we implemented. I have already received messages from contracting companies that this has been the easiest program that they have used.

Cons

Wish the program offered video upload. A video would force contractors to actually watch something vs. flip through the pages.

Pros

Very user-friendly and offers a great service at a good price point. The entire team we've worked with has been great as well, always very easy to get a hold of, helpful and quick to respond.

Cons

Haven't had any issues other than a couple hiccups in the initial set-up and on boarding process

Very user friendly so far, and team has been invaluable when I need support. Great product.

Pros

I like the dashboard feature and simple functionality of the site.

Cons

I'd like a bit more control over employee requirements. Contractors sometimes add their main employee or the owner as a default even though their certifications aren't required. Despite marking their requirements as exempt, the employee still shows up as 0% compliant, rather than 100% which gives some peace of mind.

### "Quick and Easy Start Up process"

Signing up was easy and effortless. The software has allowed us to streamline all of our contractor health and safety documentation into one platform.. at no cost! Our only regret is not having partnered with Contractor Compliance sooner!

Pros

Very easy registration and start up. Within one week of our kick off with Contractor Compliance, 90 percent of our contractors were registered.

Cons

Not being able to use videos/sound clips in uploaded training materials.

The people that I chatted with for assistance were amazing, and the program was easy.

Pros

This software was so easy to use, and I'm not the most technical person in the world...a 6 year old could teach me things.

Cons

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this.

Representative has been great to work with. I've picked up recently without any instruction from previous employee who was handling our compliance matters and representative has been a huge help!

Pros

Representative jumping in to help me pick up where another employee left off

Cons

Need to use longer before giving honest assessment
