My company have been with Talisman for over 20 years, and I have been heavily involved with them since I joined in 2021 as I have been managing our upgrade projects. The support team have always been helpful, but when \[sensitive content hidden\] joined the team we had that extra layer of support and have been able to move forward with our projects at a much better pace for our business. I don't use Talisman as a consultant, so my main experience is through project work, reporting & issue resolution - all of which Talisman are very cooperative with

\- Newest interface is very user friendly - Ability to run all compliance, contracts, payrolls, etc through one system - Able to get a wide variety of reports

Talisman is a great work tool that is very easy to use and very efficient. On the rare occasions that there are ever any issues or anything that needs changing they have a great team that are very quick to help resolve these problems.

We've been using Talisman CRM for over a year now, and it has truly transformed how we manage our customer relationships. The interface is super user-friendly, and we've found all the features to be incredibly helpful. It was easy to customise it to fit our specific needs, which has been a huge plus. The analytics tools are fantastic and have given us great insights for making smarter business decisions. Also, their customer support is brilliant, always quick to respond and really helpful. Overall, Talisman CRM has made our work much more efficient and productive. We couldn’t be happier with it

Easy to manipulate and export data allowing KPIs to be managed effectively. Brilliant that is works as a centralised candidate database which allows storage of all profile information in one accessible place. There are a few little tricks that I have picked up that have really increased my efficiently in working

When the system does update there tends to be a few bugs which are frustrating, but it is no different to any other ATS system out there.

Talisman has a centralised candidate and client database which allows users to store all profile information, making it easy to access and search for people. The system allows users to customise workflows to fit specific recruitment processes and coupled with using the chrome extension which has saved me countless hours which I didn’t realise was a huge waste until now.

With moving the tech forward so quickly, support of current processes can sometimes falter.

Great experience and their innovation and custom detail for each customer are different. Not just a number

Pros

The custom dashboards can signal each process and flow easily define the workload, follow up etc. All the onboarding has been clear and help is at the end of the phone with your account buddy. Direct e-mail campaigns are great and have had real results

Cons

Sometimes the processes aren't easy to figure out but this isn't really an issue with the help from the CS team
