Whistleblowing regulations are well tackled with this solution (EU Directive, anonymity, GDPR, etc.). EQS Integrity Line helps us to encourage the employees to raise their hands in case of potential infringements and to manage the reports in compliance with law and regulations.

Pros

The product is easy to use and easy to integrate with the business processes. The languages available on the EQS Integrity Line are a must in multinational companies.

Mise en oeuvre facile et paramétrage pouvant être directement réalisé par des experts métiers sans assistance technique informatique particulière. Le service support est toujours présent et réactif aux demandes.

Cons

Pour les grands groupes internationaux devant gérer des organisations complexes, il serait intéressant d'avoir la possibilité de gérer des administrateurs par entités/filiales distinctes.

Avant d'archiver un dossier, il faut l'anonymiser. Le modus operandi était un peu lourd mais EQS réalise un travail afin de simplifier la tâche.
