Pros

As the IT guru in my real estate office, I was given the responsibility of researching Mass Notification programs. Our primary goal was to be able to notify agents of particular listings that stood out, and in all likelihood would be the first off the market. When I began researching I had no idea I would also end up being able to offer every agent in the office a virtual partner for when they have showings in which they might feel unsafe for any reason. Being a real estate agent in this day and age comes with many dangers and anything we can offer our agents to negate some of those dangers are always welcomed. iFollow Alerts not only has this technology but apparently developed it and seems to be the only company that actually has a dedicated program for real estate agents. I wholeheartedly endorse this program.

Cons

iFollow Alerts mass Notification program had all the features we needed plus the addition of offering our agents monitored safe showings

Reasons for choosing iFollow Alerts

Ease of operations. Many of our users are older and this program was not at all complicated to learn.
