My overall experiencing had been a hit or miss. Sometimes the application works and sometimes it does not.

Pros

It’s efficient. Recording data on a iPad is easier than carrying around papers. I also like being able to see my complete schedule.

Cons

I dislike how if a mistake is made during data collection it doesn’t show the trial by trials. With this new update it does not allow syncing for skills/behaviors unless the minimum trials were inputted, despite if skill was not practiced or behavior didn’t occur. Unable to delete duration on the application for behaviors. It syncs data for those who are not billable.

I’ve been using it for about a year now and I haven’t had too many issues although an update would be nice.

Pros

Easy to use, simple to understand. User friendly once you get the hang of it. Simple to See last appointment of the day

Cons

Certain things could be even more easier, like once a program I finished it should go to the bottom or go gray so you know what else needs to be done.

My overall experience with Rethink is that it is easy to use. I like the available tabs to help me navigate.

Pros

What I like the most about rethink is the Data collection, printable program resources, and it has an app.

Cons

I do not have any things that I do not like at the moment, however I know it’s for security purposes but constantly logging in is a little hassle.

Does the job to prepare new hires for the RBT role. Easy process to create accounts for RBT Training.

Pros

Being able to order the essential 40 hour RBT training for new hires needing the basic 40 hour RBT training.

I don't use it on a daily basis, so I don't feel qualified to respond. There is nothing I can elaborate about.

I have had some issues but it was quickly resolved. If the things in my cons box was resolved it would make my overall experience so much better.

Pros

How easy data collection is, seeing graphs online, adding behaviors end of day online is quick, and seeing the mastery programs pop up when on the website.

Cons

I think the scheduling aspect is a little annoying where we can’t change the time of the client left early, the amount of session notes when in center, having to fill out our name and title everytime for each note and not being able to refresh without logging out. Getting logged out and not being able to do our notes thoughout the session definitely makes doing session notes stressful.

Overall, I've had a great experience with RethinkBH. It's very easy to manage and seems to have great customer service if something is not right.

Pros

I like how accesible it is and how it is very clear to read. Also, it has a great security system in regards to logging in.

Cons

I least like how sometimes RethinkBH has logged me out while taking my session notes. It's unfortunate when it happens because sometimes my notes don't save.

Great for data collection is easy is friendly and makes everything faster when checking on client progress. Everything you need is there from data to billing.

Pros

App is valuable yet I believe payment could be express per group of client not individual Customer support is medium, they do solve but usually takes time and that put us behind with work sometimes even losing data. Security is excellent. Data collection is easy and good overall. Well organization for patient management, scheduling and calendar. For billing works good as well. Sometimes app is slow and can be frustration while working with a client were you need to collect data.

Cons

The app is slow sometimes and there’s days when app is on mantaneance and all team is unable to collect data this is the biggest weakness

Overall pretty happy. I would give it a 7/10. A lot of your competitors are coming out with features that are built-in to their core product while ReThink keeps their focus on their integration partners. Seems like little attention on developing your core product.

Pros

Self billing is pretty easy through Tebra. It meets all of our basic needs. For any advanced needs I'm able to export data and build my own custom applications.

Cons

1) UI is outdated. 2) Occasional downtime disrupts work 3) No live RBT supervision tracking 4) Frequent mobile app sync issues 5) Appointment list lacking basic filters 6) No ability to export custom data 7) Built-in scheduling weak unless paying more $ for theradriver or analytics

Pros

All of the collected data graphs itself, easy to collect correct data as you work on programs as it is readily available and can easily log in to update a note if need be.

Cons

Hard to find certain programs when all open, doesn’t update with newly added prigrams, sometimes doesn’t sync properly and you have to log out in order to get your correct appointments
