"Subsplash - Consistent Service with Excellent Support"

**Overall:** We've had a wonderful experience with Subsplash to date. The products have been great, but customer support has been excellent. Can't recommend them enough.

**Pros:** Subsplash has been a great platform for our church. We have used it for live streaming, mobile app, event calendars, web pages, website embeds, event planning and organization, giving, and the list goes on. The platform has been consistently up and any time we've had a question, we've received \[sensitive content hidden\] support. I like that we can customize user profiles so that the giving side of the platform can be restricted to those that have that need while still allowing other volunteers access to the app, live streaming, and all the other features they might use. I don't hesitate to recommend Subsplash, especially for churches looking for a robust app and live streaming feature set.

**Cons:** I would love to see more customization features when it comes to the calendar functions. Currently, I can't sync the calendar's in Subsplash to our external calendars (like Google Calendar) which requires me going to each event and selecting "Add to Calendar" which is time-consuming. Related to that, there very little markup or HTML support when writing event descriptions. It would be nice to be able to easily bold/italicize/underline text and add additional images to event descriptions.

"Great customer service."

**Overall:** Great customer service - very prompt and helpful when responding to requests. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been awesome.

**Pros:** Great customer service, they are fantastic at communicating. Really make customer satisfaction a priority.

**Cons:** Don't really have any complaints. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Nothing else really that I haven't been happy with.
