Not usually able to directly speak with technicians but on the billing and basic questions side, someone was almost always available. Pros The ease of use and UX is great. Easy to get app updated pushed to all users and build out was a breeze! Cons The cost of the app was pretty high. Especially since there is very little customization apart from text and images. Anything that I wanted to develop or add I either had to find a workaround (build a website to load within the app) or just not have. Got frustrating after a while. We're a church plant and are raising a launch budget of 250k. Subsplash has the best giving rates and the giving experience is so easy that we've been able to raise much more than we would have otherwise. Pros Subsplash offers an easy tool to put together church related apps and publish them to apple and Google stores. Building an app can be complicated and they really help you through the process all the way to getting your app approved to launch. Cons The features are limited and I would say it is only useful for actual churches. It is mainly informational content that you can add. July 7, 2020 5.0 The benefits outweigh any negatives with Subsplash, I think it is a great product for those who need it and it can help streamline your group connectivity, participation, giving/fundraising, etc. Pros Subsplash is a really helpful program to create a platform for your organization or church to facilitate giving, connectivity, and really market your group. The use of this software has a pretty simple learning curve and the quality is very high! Cons The thing that wasn't my favorite was that there was a bit of a challenge setting things up and I can see if your organization or church does not have a designated person for the role of designing or organizing this product, there might be some more work needing to be done. Their customer support is fantastic and they have been very responsive. Pros If you want to build an app and you don't know how to code, then Subsplash has a really great solution for you. They have lots of great features that you can build into an app. They also have a website builder that we don't use, but it as a part of their offering. Cons We would like to have the ability to do more design customizations. It's probably going to be coming up in an upcoming release by the DEV team.
