Pros: As a fast-growing company, we absolutely needed a tool to monitor our employee engagement and employee experience. I was amazed how easy Sparkbay was to implement. Thanks to their customer success team, we were up and running in a few days. They provided us with extensive communication material so managers and employees knew exactly what to expect. We all loved how user-friendly Sparkbay was. Our company participation exceeded my expectations. Love their analytics section where you can really drill down to the bone how every segment of employees is doing. They provide extensive detail and data, but in a way easy to understand. Also, I love the fact that we get a dedicated that we get a dedicated customer success manager that is there for us along the way, not just in the beginning. Overall, I am amazed how much Sparkbay helped us improve our employee experience and keep our ever growing employee base engaged.

Cons: Nothing. We have exactly what we need to keep our people engaged, and their genuine support team makes it easy to use this tool.

Pros: The tool is easy to use and powerful at the same time. When we got our first people data, we were amazed at how much information was made available to us. And it is easy to access and understand it. Everything is designed to make it easy to get started.

Cons: We first had an issue of receiving their weekly email surveys, but everything got fixed by whitelisting their domain. Other than that, nothing comes to mind.

Overall: Identifying our most pressing engagement problems and putting in place effective initiatives to improve.

Pros: The app is easy to use. Every week,employees answer an anonymous survey via email and then management sees what's going well and not so well. Also, I'm impressed so far by the customer support.

Cons: It could be easier to export reports in bulk for all departments.

Overall: Creating a top-of-the-line company culture and attracting the best talents.

Pros: Being an anonymous system, it provides us with real feedback from employees. It also gives a voice to those who don't usually speak out, which provides valuable information.

Cons: It used to have group challenges available. We rarely used it (once a year) but it was fun.

Overall: Collecting top ideas from employees. Improving managers skills.
