They are the only one who also have a mobile friendly set up. Their online support is really legendary. I was recommended to try them from a friend who is also a new agent who is not savvy also. Reliable system and didn’t experience any technical glitch at all. Pros It’s very user friendly and I can stitch up the video within 15mins. Time is essence to my busy schedule. From quite an introductory Virtual Tour to what it is now, an interactive Virtual Viewing Software. Even with the multiple functions and capabilities, most important, it is very user-friendly and won't take up a lot of my time to use it. Set Up can be done like as fast as 10 mins only. To me, I feel this should be an essential tool for all real estate agents. Cons The Cons of this software is really not a lot, but to at least say one that will be the depend on the pictures quality that are use for the tour. Maybe to make it easier for user. Panoroo helps to me draw more potential buyers and tenants, It gives them a preview of the house , Hence everyone that makes a physical viewing request are of higher potential. Both the viewers/ enquirers and My clients, the property owners are impressed. Cons Would be good if they had a feature to mask faces & portraits.. It is very intuitive to use and I was able to create my tour without any help. I had trouble with adding the image on the floor and their technical support was online and able to guide me through on how to create it. Cons Panoroo is not integrated with other app and its stands on its own.
