Pros It is easy. Once you have one started, it is so quick and easy for future renewals for both agent and clients. Cons There is nothing not to like. You can attach last year's application to use for reference. You get a notification of completed application when available. Cancelled after a year. Pros They have thousands of forms available. There is a lot of ease of use on the client side of things. Cons It's takes a long time to start to get return on the value. If you don't use it constantly or you don't have clients that like technology it'll be hard to take advantage of the tech.
